I was dealing with a second dui. I was reading reviews from other attorneys came across Kia's reviews. I scrolled through each review and read them to pretty much see if they're cases were up there. A lot of them were DUI case reviews and I saw he dismissed a lot of them. I read other attorneys revie...ws as well but I ended up hiring Kia. Today, he got my case dismissed. I'm very thankful and know that I chose the right lawyer.

Like most people, I normally only leave reviews after I’ve received horrific or god-awful service - BUT this is one of those rare occasions where the service I received was so amazing and impressed me so much that I feel compelled to tell others about it and to give thanks where it’s so richly deserv...ed. I’ve never been trouble with the law before so when that fateful day finally arrived, I had no clue who to call or how to even begin fighting the ridiculous charges I found myself facing. I was charged with both felony and misdemeanor assault along with a restraining order by well-known eating establishment - so I began my search for representation. I ended up calling 3 different law firms, and each seemed to be quite capable and eager to take my case. But the Kia Law Firm was the only one that invited me down to their office to discuss my situation in person THAT DAY. And after meeting Kia, it was immediately clear who my lawyer was going to be. I wanted a fighter, and that’s exactly what I got. Let’s face it, most lawyers are going to be well-versed in law, right? But with Kia, what you also get is a master TACTICIAN. That attribute became abundantly clear to me as I watched him work my case over a 6 month period – like sizing up our foe – knowing exactly when to schedule our appearance(s) – how to construct all our statements/responses in such a way to get maximum impact – right down to knowing how each of the individual judges operate over at the courthouse. Again, I’ve never been had to wade through our legal system before, but let me tell you, they don’t play - and it seems they make things as difficult and drawn out as humanly possible. And the district attorneys over there are nothing but a bunch of bullies who are used to getting their way. So don’t be passive and don’t be intimidated - get yourself an real PRO. Kia’s office is literally a hundred yards away (maybe less) from all the Riverside courthouses, so he not only knows how to traverse this mind-bending maze of legal nonsense, but more importantly, who the players are that operate over there from top to bottom. For example, whenever we’d be walking through the courthouse halls, we’d encounter court reporters, law enforcement and others - and without fail they’d recognize him - even with a mask on and go out of their way to exchange pleasantries. I mean, if you didn’t know better, you’d swear he was the Mayor of Riverside. I know what you’re thinking – “yea, yea, whatever dude, so what was the result of your case?” Well... I walked away with the restraining order being DROPPED and NO criminal charges – in fact, it never even went to trial! How’s that? So don’t fool yourself folks, your choice of representation matters - it matters a lot. I’m forever grateful to Kia and his entire staff for helping me get through a ridiculous but potentially consequential event in my life. And during a pandemic no less! Thank you Kia!

In July 2015, I was pulled over for having my license plate light out. My wife and I were coming home from Dinner where we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday party. The officer asked me if I had anything to drink and I was honest and said yes, a glass and a half of wine. He made me do these reall...y random tests on the side of the road. Although I thought I did them fine, he told me that he had to arrest me and made me blow into the device he had in his car. He eventually took me to Robert Presley Detention Center where I was released within a few hours. I called Kia's office the day I was released and we met at his office. He explained to me the legal standard for guilt and we discussed why I was pulled over. I felt confident with his level of knowledge in handling these cases, especially since he is Board Certified in Criminal Law. I knew I chose the right lawyer. Within 10 days, he set up the DMV hearing. We both attended the hearing and he persuaded the hearing officer to dismiss the case because my breath result initially was .07. So, I was able to keep my drivers license and continue to support my family. A few months after that, I had court in Riverside and I didn't have to appear. In fact, I never appeared. I signed some forms and Kia explained to me that he would let me know if I had to come to court. Long story short, Kia was able to dismiss even my DUI!!!!! I couldn't believe it. They wanted me to plead guilty to a reckless driving and Kia felt that I shouldn't have to accept it. I am so happy with his service and his staff, Lusia and Julie. Approximately 4 years ago, my husband was arrested for a DUI in California while we were on vacation. He was then released and not given a citation to appear. We thought that the case was dropped. Years later, as we visited California, we were stopped for a traffic ticket in Riverside, CA. The office...r looked up my husband's name and saw that he had an open warrant. We begged the officer not to arrest him and that we would fix the issue immediately. He agreed. I immediately went online and looked up local Riverside attorneys that could assist us. I came across Kia Feyzjou who I later found out was a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist. He then filed a motion that he called something like "Serna" and he told us that he would work on getting the case dismissed. 18 days later, I received a phone call from Mr. Feyzjou telling us that the charges were dismissed and that my husband would have a clean criminal record. Since my husband is a commercial truck driver, his license was so important for us to keep clean. I can't thank him enough for what he did to save my husband's career and keep his family life stable. He was a blessing to meet and I highly recommend him to anyone in any criminal predicament. It is rare to find an attorney with so much compassion for what he does. And, before I forget, I should add that his secretary, Julie, was constantly keeping in touch with me via email and phone calls throughout the whole process. Rarely have we come across such kind professionals who go out of their way to not only share updates with us, but make us feel at ease throughout this uneasy process.
