Biography
Attorney Julia Simmons launched her legal journey in California in 2001, joining a top DUI and DMV defense firm. After earning her certification as a law clerk in 2008, she worked on hundreds of DUI cases before founding her own practice in 2010. There, she focused on car-accident injury claims, repeat-offense DUI defense, and a spectrum of DMV/DOL hearings—from negligent operator to medical and fraud matters. Admitted in Washington State in 2014, she remains a dedicated criminal defense and personal injury attorney. Outside the courtroom, Ms. Simmons is a licensed private pilot, former high-alpine guide, and avid backpacker in the Olympic Mountains.
