Biography
A graduate of York University in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Serrao earned his law degree at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He is admitted to practice before all California State and Federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is an aggressive personal injury and criminal defense attorney who has been representing clients in the Inland Empire over the past decade.
Mr. Serrao's criminal practice focuses on defending individuals faced with misdemeanor or felony charges or who may be the subject of a criminal investigation. In order to best assist clients, he prefers to meet with clients face to face, whether in one of his offices or at their place of detention, and is willing to file necessary pretrial motions (i.e., to reduce bail and/or suppress illegally seized evidence) and is not afraid to take cases to trial where a successful disposition cannot be reached. He is an active member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, National College for DUI Defense, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Serrao handled claims for companies such as Liberty Mutual early in his career but now focuses on recovering compensation for injured victims and families affected by serious automobile accidents, dog bites or wrongful death claims. He is an active member of numerous local bar associations, as well as organizations such as the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and American Association for Justice.

Greatest defense attorney Lawyer in town
Through out my life I haven't been in trouble much but when I needed a lawyer John Paul Anthony Serraos came through for me. Pick John he will fight for you
I was incarcerated looking at 5 years for a dui . John told me to not worry that he would have me home back with my kids and sure enough I was back with my family . He got me dui classes no time or probation. Thanks to hiring him I would strongly recommend him.
