The firm is led by attorney Kia Feyzjou. We have offices located in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, however, we represent individuals throughout all of California. Our office maintains high ethics, honesty, affordability and continues to excel in the field of criminal defense. Mr. Feyzjou is a seasoned criminal defense attorney who has focused his career in criminal defense.
The State Bar of California created the country’s first legal certification program which offers attorneys the opportunity to demonstrate high competence through evaluation by a panel of experts in 11 areas of law practice. One of these areas of law is Criminal Law.
Mr. Feyzjou is a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist, an honor held by by only a few hundred attorneys in the state.
Mr. Feyzjou is devoted to upholding the Constitution and defending clients accused of criminal wrongdoing. Our criminal defense practice has become successful because of the personal attention that we devote to each client.
Mr. Feyzjou takes great pride in the results we have achieved for our clients. We believe that it is our responsibility to communicate to our clients every single step of the criminal process. The key to the successful defense of any case is detail. Detail cannot be overlooked. We understand how it feels to be falsely accused of a crime. All too often, police officers and investigators only take part of the facts of a case and present it to the District Attorney for filing consideration. We recognize that you have facts that weren’t included in that initial report. In our initial face-to-face, confidential and free consultation, we promise that we will listen to the facts that you believe to be true. We will then compare those facts to the statements contained in arrest reports to determine accuracy and truthfulness. Our job as your legal advocate would involves breaking down each and every allegation that has been made against you to show that the investigation was poor and compromised.
