Attorney David Boertje has dedicated his professional life to representing individuals accused of criminal offenses and also individuals who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others.
Mr. Boertje has personally handled over 1500 criminal cases. He is experienced in handling all types of criminal cases including DUI's, drug crimes, warrants, domestic violence offenses, theft offenses, white collar crimes, probation violations, hit and run cases, three strike cases, manslaughter, and murder. Mr. Boertje has obtained exceptional results for many of his clients charged with criminal offenses, including multiple not guilty verdicts, case dismissals, reduced charges, and very favorable plea bargains.
Mr. Boertje has over 10 years of experience handling personal injury cases including auto accidents, bicycle accidents, products liability and wrongful death cases. Mr. Boertje has obtained very successful results for many of his personal injury clients which has resulted in significant monetary settlements for his clients.
