No doubt, the best!

Highly recommend!!!

April 2022 my life was turned upside down when my daughter was arrested with drug charges, 3 felony and 1 misdemeanor charge. A parent’s worst nightmare. I was at a total loss of what to do next. It wasn’t that I didn’t want her not to be held accountable, but I did want her to have the best opportunity through the legal system that would not ruin her life forever; so began the process of finding an attorney. After searching online and coming across reviews for Mr. Daley, my daughter said that was the attorney she wanted to work with. He was the first and only lawyer that returned her calls and from that initial call to the very end and he was completely truthful and upfront with her on possible outcomes. There were never any false promises, but he stated that he saw his job as finding the best outcome which would be no jail or prison time. He gave his cell phone and was always available for calls, including evenings and weekends. He gave her direction and offered advice and insight, not only as her lawyer but as another adult figure now in her life. This brought some solace to my daughter and to me as her mom. After working through the system, he did provide the best outcome for her, no prison or jail time. 2 of the felony charges were dropped along with the misdemeanor and only 2 years’ probation for the 3rd felony charge. I am so happy Mr. Daley was my daughter’s attorney and would highly recommend him. With the advice and direction he offered my daughter, her life has moved monumentally in a positive direction.

Saved my Butt!!

On April 13, 2022 reality hit me and I thought at that point my life was over...I truly believed that I had a long road ahead filled with years in prison away from my family and disappointing everyone in my life. I truly thought to myself that I was going to get the worst possible outcome...and that I deserved it. A week after being released on bail and being back home ready to face the thunder that was about to come my way, I started doing what anyone in my position would try to do, FIND A GOOD LAWYER. I went on a rabbit hole of a google search where I came across Mr. Daley and his amazing reviews. I knew right away that I wanted him to be my lawyer and he would be the one to save my butt after messing everything up. Well, my gut intuition did not lie. When I was arrested they arrested me on 4 felony counts and I was looking at prison time. The prosecutor wanted to go for 3 of the 4 I was arrested on so I was scared crap-less. Not only did Mr. Daley get 2 of the 3 charges dropped, he got the case resolved with ONLY probation. NO jail time, NO public service, NO house arrest, NO SCRAM bracelet and the MINIMUM of 2 years probation!!!! I knew in my heart that I could NOT have made a better choice in retaining Mr. Daley as my attorney. He was a true blessing turning what could have been several years in state prison to nothing but probation for 2 years. He was well knowledge, kind, patient, reassuring, dedicated, and my hero. So thank you Mr. Daley. (Hopefully I never need your defense services again lol) but I do hope that everyone reading this, including you, knows how eternally grateful I am for you and all that you did!

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Like many others I found Mr. Daley in my time of need. My decision to retain him was the best choice I ever made. He is extremely thorough, straightforward, and professional. Great Work

William was very professional in his work and managed to keep everything in order during the unknown covid times. Amazing Attorney

Getting your first DUI is very stressful especially if your situation involves a crash/collision and a high blood alcohol level. So finding the right defense attorney is crucial to navigate an extremely trying process. I was referred to Mr. Daley from a friend and it was the best referral I have ever received. The moment we spoke, I knew he would strive to do his very best for me and I trusted him from the start. He was knowledgeable and knows the law and how the system works which made me feel confident in his abilities. Mr. Daley is responsive, professional, and has a calm demeanor. He even has a unique way of lightening the tone when things were stressful and it really helped. He was successful in convincing the prosecutor and judge to dismiss the hit and run charges, reduce my blood alcohol level, and reduced my mandatory DUI school from 6 months to only 3 months. He also convinced the judge to dismiss installing an IID device in my vehicle (Breathalyzer to start your car) and no SCRAM (monitoring anklet). I only received 2 days of public service work and a reduction of fees which was amazing. Mr. Daley saved my life and I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile for me. If you want exceptional results he is the best attorney around.

Great results, a lot of experience, very knowledgeable!

Mr. Daley helped me with my recent DUI and refusal charge. He offered great advice leading up to the court dat which made a huge different in managing the sanctions. Best of all, he was able to get my refusal charge dropped from my criminal proceedings and won my DMV hearing! Also getting the refusal charge dropped there, which is unheard of! I appreciated how accessible he was during the entire process and like many of you know- there are always a ton of questions! He walked me through every scenario and ultimately was able to get me a great outcome given the circumstances. Highly recommend!

The best lawyer

I want to say thank you so much for excellent service to handle my 2 cases. 5 years ago I got DUI and definitely it was the hardest time in my life. Best lawyer

I was charged with a felony assault with a deadly weapon, I was facing to three or four years in prison on a crime that I didn’t commit. I had hired another lawyer and that lawyer didn’t have my best interest in mind as he had lied to both me and my wife about what the courts where offering me. I came to the conclusion I needed to fire this Atterney and Bring on the best atterney ever William Daley. I was in a very bad situation having to bring a new attorney on in the middle of a felony court case and I must say to my surprise that Daley is very aggressive with showing the courts that I was setup on this case. The District attorneys office was pushing for the felony conviction but in one trip to the courts he got it reduced to a misdemeanor. I appreciate everything you did and you kept your word. If you ever find yourself in a position to need a great attorney I would suggest you use William Daley. Thank you so much.

Best D.U.I. Attorney in San Diego

Mr. Daley is an exceptional attorney who has great insight and true knowledge of the law. My case was a little dismal, (a very high BAC and refusal of the chemical test), but Mr. Daley was able to get the best outcome of a difficult situation, including NO jail time and reduced probation. A Very Effective Criminal Attorney on the Victim’s Side

I found Mr. Daley though a vast Internet search. My 15 year old daughter became a victim of a felony crime that another 15 year old conducted. We needed to get a restraining order and navigate the juvenile justice system which is very different than adult. She was going to have to testify, and I didn’t want her to have to go through that as she was traumatized enough. My intention was to have the temporary restraining order made Permanent, with as little disruption as possible. Mr. Daley was highly responsive in communicating and being responsive to us. He quickly worked to get the restraining order made permanent. He finessed it where the defense did not argue about making it permanent and my daughter did not need to testify, all within a matter of 3 weeks. He made a very unpleasant situation tolerable by taking care of the matter quickly and successfully. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism. Hopefully you are not in a situation where someone committed a crime on your minor child, but I have full confide cd that he could handle any unpleasant situation.
