At the Law Offices of Milligan, Beswick, Levine & Knox, we handle all types of criminal and civil cases ranging from family and domestic law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, administrative law, misdemeanor criminal offenses and DUI's to felony criminal offenses to included homicides and white-collar cases. Our office is experienced in handling state cases throughout California and federal cases throughout the United States. We work diligently with our clients to provide them with the best representation possible. We take pride in our ability to effectively communicate with our clients and guide them through what can be a very difficult experience.

Great outcome
Jim really came through for me on my DUI case. He was able to prove the the checkpoint I was stopped at was unconstitutional. He filed a motion and the case was dismissed.

Really impressed with the help Mr Knox provided me
