Biography
The truth is anyone can be arrested! Even good, honest, hard-working people can have criminal charges brought against them. Often there is a split second decision that is made and it results in someone being arrested or charged with a crime. Just because people are arrested does not mean that they are, in fact, guilty or that it has to destroy their lives.
There is help for people arrested and when handled correctly, by an experienced defense attorney, the damage of an arrest can be minimized. Every criminal case is different, but there are factual, legal and scientific defenses in most cases. Even DUI cases can be fought and won!
Attorney Mark Rosenfeld has been fighting for and successfully defending individuals' rights since graduating from law school in 1998. Mr. Rosenfeld has focused his practice over the years on handling only criminal cases and focusing on driving-related cases such as DUIs, vehicle homicides, and related DMV actions.
Attorney Rosenfeld has extensive experience and training on criminal law and procedure as well as a focus on DUI cases. He is trained on breath and blood testing equipment and is qualified as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test administrator and instructor.
