Hiring Mr. Sobel was the best choice I could’ve made when it came to my DUI case. After talking to several attorneys, he was the only one that was not pressuring me into hiring him. I loved the idea that he was proactive even before my court date. He was very informative, helpful and ultimately an ...outstanding person to work with. Not only is he my attorney, but a councelor. He also managed to provide life experience advise which was very heartwarming. At the end, Mr. Sobel got my case rejected! Which means that I did not even have to present myself in front of a judge! I hired Mr. Sobel for two separate criminal cases. First: DUI. He got my drug charges dropped (I had a pipe and a little weed on me). I shopped around and he charged a low flat fee and allowed me to pay in installments. I got convicted for the DUI but expected to be (BAC .13). Second: Driving on a su...spended license. I was looking at 10 days in county and he got the charge reduced to an infraction ($200 penalty assessment). Mr. Sobel was great at talking me through my case and was very affordable. A good defense attorney should have connections and pull with county prosecutors and Mr. Sobel delivered both times for me. I'd definitely recommend to friends.

I cannot recommend attorney Ross Sobel highly enough. I was facing a second DUI and was looking for an attorney to represent me. I was afraid, angry, and desperate...but from the beginning Mr Sobel treated me with respect and was able to somehow make me feel like things were going to be OK. And boy, ...did he ever deliver. He happened to be in the same court where my preliminary hearing was to take place 5 days later. He took time out of his busy schedule to get my file early, review it, and get the charges dropped all in the same day. He also worked with the DMV to protect my driving privilege. What a result! Mr. Sobel is kind, knowledgeable, and well connected. If you need representation, contact him first. You will be very happy. And to top it all off, his rate was 2 and sometimes 3 times less than other quotes I got!
