Ross Howell Sobel

Mr Sobel was not a only a great lawyer but an understanding human being. He helped me gEt out of a very hard case i wouid of got a very long time in prison . When My younger brother got arrested by a CHP on his second DUI. My family, his wife, kids and my self where pretty devastated and very scare that he would have to sever at least a several months in Jail and loose his job. My co-worker had mention to me that a few months earlier he had hire Mr. ...Ross Sobel. He was so thrill that Mr. Sobel had done an excellent job on his DUI case. So we decided to talk to him and he was very upfront and Honest to what we should expect, we like what he told us & hired him. Mr. Sobel vigorously fought the case and got my brother’s jail time down to just a couple days in jail, very little time for Alchohol classes & some community service. He can now live his life free of fear. He was present every single court date, he didn't send out other Lawyers. Mr. Sobel was very knowledgeable of the law and also has build long standing relationships with the court which was imperative for my brother’s case reducing his charges. He was pretty specific about all the staff at the Van Nuys Court. If you know what a second DUI charges are. You should considered hiring and Attorney, ESPECIALLY Mr Sobel.

I wouldn't have done any worse with a public defendant. The reason I hired Mr. Sobel was the refusal acusation, the person who showed up in court was a student of him. So I took advice and declared my self guilty and repented. That didn't do me any good. Well to make the story short, I ended up with ...more than 13 months of suspended liscense on a first DUI, that suapension starting 6 months after the DUI arrest. I could've just took my max penalty of 12 month suspension right off the bat and would have been driving earlier. Now I'm driving with this iid intalled after the suspension, and I know this is state law and not his fault, but after all the wonders I'm reading on the reviews, I'm starting to suspect his team is busy posting these reviews, and mine just had to be said. So in conclusion, if someone is going to take a case and charge premium for it, at the very least he should get for you the same or better results than going it alone but not worse in any case.

I have a tendency to get really wordy so let me sum this up: Ross Sobel is the kind of Attorney that other attorneys should model themselves after. Why? Because then many more people would have much more faith in the legal system. Or in just one word: Integrity Ok now i'll be a little more wor...dy: From the very beginning of my very scary situation (arrested for suspected DUI) Mr. Sobel, who i was referred to by a friend, was very upfront and very candid about what i should and what i should not expect. He told me things that a salesman would never tell a prospective client; the truth! lol. He guided me through a very annoying and stressful process and dealt with me even when i contacted him with my excessive neuroticism and hyperactive speech. When things didn't go perfectly, Mr. Sobel stuck by my side more like a friend than a paid-for attorney; like he himself had something to lose if my situation wasn't improved by his service. In short, if you're going to hire an attorney for a situation that cannot have a guaranteed positive outcome (like a DUI case) then hire Ross Sobel. He has the ability and knowledge to potentially "win" your case, but more importantly, he's upfront about the fact that it is not a guaranteed win, not for any attorney, and he is a good companion to walk with through a pretty miserable experience. *quick note: bureaucracy is an important part of the legal system and Ross Sobel is networked well
