Ross Howell Sobel

Ross is the man! Him and his staff are the best. I got pulled over on April of this year and blew a .10 and just recently i had my court date and him and his crew were able to help me lower my fines; and they were able to turn my DUI into a wet reckless case. I would totally recommend Ross to anyon...e who gets into a sticky situation such as a DUI. I remember days after i got pulled over i was receiving boat loads of letters from different attorneys telling me about how i am in deep hole and just having that feeling of being scared and not knowing which direction to take or what to do, but once i got around Ross' letter his stood out the most to me and it has been the best decision i ever made. They do reasonable payment plans with reasonable rates, he gives you advice on what to do, if he tells you to do AA meetings just do them its totally worth it, it pays off in the end, trust! I give 5 stars to Ross. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

This review is significantly tardy/late and my apologies to Ross for not doing this sooner! Nonetheless, all I can say is that if you are ever in a pickle with anything related to DUI's, DO NOT hesitate to call Ross ASAP! Acknowledging my own faults with having to deal with the courts/DMV a secon...d time, Ross skillfully got my sentence reduced and with minimal hiccups to my personal life. Getting all that overwhelming mail from attorneys following my 'altercation', I struck gold in deciding to go with Ross. Yeah, paying for anything unexpected is inconvenient, but I am telling you folks, Mr. Sobel is worth every penny and then some. He is extremely professional, cooperative and takes the time to get to know you and your situation without all the fanfare of useless promises. Additionally, he WILL work with you regarding your financial situation and for that alone I am thankful to have met him. Do yourself a favor and keep him in mind should you or anyone you care about have go through what I did. First time offenders, 2nd time (me), 3rd (hopefully not) or whatever the case, Ross Sobel's expertise and finesse in knowing his business makes writing a review such as this, an honor and pleasure.

Let me start off by saying its important to read/write reviews because thats why I called Ross and when we spoke the reviews were right, he is one of the best lawyer I hired for my mother's DUI refusal and this is why. Before I met Ross, a year earlier I got my first DUI case and went with a differen...t lawyer. my lawyer talk the talk but was no help AT ALL and didnt know crap and just wanted my money. when i started doing my comm. service and classes, I started telling people my DUI story. they gave me some information that my lawyer didnt tell me before accepting my deal. I felt ripped off. SO when my mom was being charged with a DUI refusal, I wanted to help her pick a good lawyer. when I went through all the letter/flyer law firm had mailed to her home, I came across Ross letter. When we spoke he was upfront about my mother's case. he was honest and told me what i should expect for a dui refusal. He has a good connection at the courts, very friendly, reasonable fees and will work out a payment plan if you are not able to pay in full. I felt very confident about him so i hired him. At the end of it all, he got the refusal charge dropped to a first DUI charge 3 month classes, 11 days comm. service, court fees and most important NO Dirver License suspension. As for the DMV part even though i hired him after the 10 day mark for DMV hearing, my mom and i told him how important it was for her to keep her DL and not get it suspended for one year. He fought for my mom DL and WON the DMV hearing! HE MADE THIS STRESSFUL, EMBARRASSING SITUATION A VERY EASY PROCESS. I really appreciate and thank him for everything he has done..He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You're the best ROSS!
