Ross Howell Sobel

Very professional and knowledgeable attorney. Always available and makes you feel comfortable and lowers your stress level. Being my first DUI didn't know what to expect. Ross Sobel was honest and upfront with me. I talked to a dozen of attorneys and after about ten minute of conversation over the ph...one I knew he is the one to handle my case. He reduced my DUI to a wet reckless and no breathalyser needed in my car. I am so relieved!! I was not expecting this and he did a great job at it. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants an experienced professional lawyer.

The first time I hired Ross was in 2011 when I got my second DUI. After overpaying a criminal attorney for my first DUI, I knew I didn't have to spend $6k again to get the results I desired. Ross is extremely professional and never promised me anything, which I really appreciated...I needed to be pre...pared for the worst case scenario. Since it was my second DUI (while I was still on probation), I was looking at some jail time. However, Ross and his associate Sam, were able to get my sentencing down to avoid ANY jail time. I was more than happy. Then like many who forget to complete all their sentencing requirements by the due date, I found myself with a bench warrant out for my arrest. I had no idea how to handle this so I hired Ross again. He gave me a discount for being a return client and it was definitely worth every penny to have him and Sam in my corner again. If I went in alone, I probably would have had more punishment added to my sentencing but instead, I was granted an extension with no additional requirements! I would and have recommended Ross Sobel for all DUI and related charges. He is very informed, has great communication, and the follow up is incredible. I have no idea why the Matt below me had such a bad experience. That sounds nothing like the Ross Sobel and his team.

I needed an attorney for when I was arrested for 3 arrest charges, obstruction of justice, drunk in public and for false emergency report. All in one evening. I contacted Ross and before the consultation was over, I was immediately put at ease . Ross explained thoroughly what the process was and wha...t to expect. I was quite nervous and he calmed my nerves. He was always available for mr when I had questions, and answered all my calls when I needed to reassured that things would turn out OK. Needless to say upon my hearing, all my charges will be dropped, as long as I pertain to the court ordered AA meetings are completed. I could never have accomplished this on my own , or with another attorney with less experience. I am deeply indebted to Ross, without his expertise in his field, I would be lost. I can't recommend him enough. If you are in need of an attorney, Ross is your go to man. You won't find a better attorney out there.

This review is significantly tardy/late and my apologies to Ross for not doing this sooner! Nonetheless, all I can say is that if you are ever in a pickle with anything related to DUI's, DO NOT hesitate to call Ross ASAP! Acknowledging my own faults with having to deal with the courts/DMV a secon...d time, Ross skillfully got my sentence reduced and with minimal hiccups to my personal life. Getting all that overwhelming mail from attorneys following my 'altercation', I struck gold in deciding to go with Ross. Yeah, paying for anything unexpected is inconvenient, but I am telling you folks, Mr. Sobel is worth every penny and then some. He is extremely professional, cooperative and takes the time to get to know you and your situation without all the fanfare of useless promises. Additionally, he WILL work with you regarding your financial situation and for that alone I am thankful to have met him. Do yourself a favor and keep him in mind should you or anyone you care about have go through what I did. First time offenders, 2nd time (me), 3rd (hopefully not) or whatever the case, Ross Sobel's expertise and finesse in knowing his business makes writing a review such as this, an honor and pleasure.
