I have asked specific questions to Anthony Allen Roach and I received direct answers. I was able to serve the tenant with the correct notices. My level of stress significantly dropped after that. Thank you sir.

Had a consultation and I had the pleasure to speak with an honest, professional lawyer who really took the time to answer all my questions. There is work I need to do to see whether it makes sense to retain his services in this case, but I will not hesitate to give him a call if I do for this or anything else in the future.

Mr. Roach responded very promptly and professionally to our initial inquiry - and with additional emails. He immediately demonstrated that he understood the issues at hand - and laid-out a strategy for the issues. Very impressive.
