probate

Mr. Andell helped guide me through the probate process from start to finish. It was completed as soon as possible and I felt I was treated very fairly.

Residential Lease Termination-Tenant

Randolph W. Andell was very professional, trustworthy, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and did not try to pressure me into paying any more than the initial consultation fee. I had to terminate my residential lease early and was being threatened with the entire lease amount by the realt...or & owner. Mr. Andell gave me sound advice that helped me resolve my situation at a reasonable cost

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I wouldn't endorse hiring this guy to take out the trash from a restaurant. This guy runs a landlord mill, filing evictions against anyone as long as someone pays him a retainer. After I gave him a chance to point out that #1, his client didn't really have title to the property and #2, was lying about his residence and possession, Mr. Andell told me proudly how he could get his client to swear under oath to anything, even if it wasn't true and how many evictions he had handled. This is one of the guys who gives attorneys a bad name."

"Randy is a sharp, thoughtful attorney. He defends the position of his clients. He also keeps an eye on efficient resolution, saving his clients a great deal of time and money. I endorse Randy."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
