As a former prosecutor, I have processed and worked on thousands of cases from petty theft to serious cases such as attempt murder, burglaries, robberies and fraud cases. I have done over hundred preliminary hearings, numerous trials, and numerous motions. I know the other side and what the prosecutors look for. I can evaulate your case and give you an honest opinion as to your case. My area of expertise is DUIs, marijuana cases, other drug cases as well as other criminal cases.
I have also handled high-profile publicized cases. I have also appeared on local TV as a guest speaker, discussing legal issues and answering questions on live TV. I also handle Federal cases and am admitted to practice in United States District Court (Federal Court) -Central District of California.
