Anthony Saved my Life
Anthony went above and beyond and did everything necessary/possible to help me with my case. He secured a dismissal for all charges in federal court, a very rare outcome. He was exceptional.

Replied last August 6, 2025This client was a pleasure to represent. Implicated in a drug distribution scheme in federal court. It turned out , he was falsely implicated. After a lengthy investigation, we were able to show the government that (1) he was factually innocent; (2) we'd go to trial to prove it. Well in advance of trial, the government offered to dismiss the case, no strings attached. We gladly accepted.

Replied last August 6, 2025This was an interesting case in which my client was implicated in a fraud scheme, however, he was dragged into it unwittingly by a family. After a long investigation, we were able to show that my client had very little involvement. The case resolved in federal court by way of diversion, then dismissal. A good result considering the family member was convicted and went to prison for 5 years and made responsible for over $1,000,000 in restitution

Replied last August 6, 2025This was a very tough case - a decades old sex crime case in which my client was mis-advised about the immigration consequences of his plea. Depsite the passage of time and the fact that he had already done some prison time, we were able to vacate the sentence and judgment. The case was thereafter completely dismissed, allowing him to adjust his immigration status and remain in the country.

Replied last August 6, 2025This was a very unique case in which my client, who had a criminal history, was charged in a drug conspiracy. He was innocent, but the evidence was very incriminating and required his testimony to explain. With his criminal history, his credibility would be low since he had drug distribution priors. When the trial arrived, we were able to successfully challenge the government's case and win the case without having to put on our own case. The judge dismissed the case after the government put on its case, ruling that no jury could find him guilty on that evidence. He didn't have to testify and walked out of court the same day.
