The key to my citizenship success
After facing five frustrating denials, Stacy Tolchin was a beacon of hope in my journey to citizenship. Her exceptional expertise in immigration law combined with a deeply personal commitment turned my dream into a reality. Stacy’s thorough understanding of complex legal nuances and her strategic approach were instrumental in overcoming the hurdles that had previously hindered my applications. Her diligence, clear communication, and unwavering support throughout the process were truly remarkable. Thanks to Stacy, I am now a proud citizen. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating the complexities of immigration. Stacy is not just an attorney; she is a life-changer. Best, Ashot Vardanyan

Best Immigration Attorney
If you are looking for an immigration attorney, I highly recommend that you hire Stacy Tolchin. Fourteen years ago, I was deported due to an aggravated felony conviction from 1997. I talked to many immigration attorneys who told me that I had no hope of ever returning to the United States legally. Ms. Tolchin was the only attorney who had the expertise and the drive to help me, and to figure out a solution. She was a fierce advocate every step of the way and was always brainstorming different strategies to help me to reunite with my family in the United States. Ms. Tolchin's hard work and brilliance paid off, and I was approved for a green card last week! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to Ms. Tolchin and her team. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you and your family, you've found her.

Life-Changing Immigration Attorney: Stacy Tochin - A Beacon of Hope: From Complicated Immigration Case to Green Card Success
I am absolutely thrilled to have found Stacy! My immigration case was extremely complicated, and I had been working with several attorneys in the past who were not giving me good options and didn't believe that a path to permanent residency, let alone citizenship, was possible for me. My future was up in the air and uncertain, and I was constantly worried about being separated from my family. Stacy was a true game-changer. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable. She was able to navigate the complexities of the immigration system and find a way forward when others said it wasn't possible. Her unwavering belief in me and my case was a source of strength and hope. She managed to find a solution where others had failed, and she worked tirelessly and relentlessly in her mission to get me a green card. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. Now that I finally have my green card, the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. I no longer have to worry about being separated from my family or being forced to leave the country I now call home. I am forever grateful to Stacy for her hard work, dedication, and unwavering belief in me. Stacy was not cheap, but she was worth every penny and more. Before I found Stacy, I had spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on immigration attorneys and I was reluctant to pay her fees, but she came highly recommended and willing to work with me on her fees. She accepted a payment plan of whatever I could afford each month, which made her services accessible to me despite my financial situation. She truly cares about her clients; her personal touch made all the difference. I just wish I had found her sooner. Simply put: If you are looking for an immigration attorney who will go above and beyond for you and genuinely care about your case, look no further than Stacy Tolchin. She is a true professional who will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough! In the long run, you will have saved yourself a lot of time and money, not to mention all the headaches you can avoid if you go with Stacey at Tolchin Immigration Law.

Excellent Immigration Lawyer
I highly recommend Stacy for anyone who’s dealing with an immigration process. She is an excellent attorney, she’s knowledgeable, detail-oriented, patient, trustworthy, and good at explaining things to her clients. Immigration can be an overwhelming and stressful process. I needed help with my naturalization application because my case wasn’t straightforward. Stacy was always patient with my questions, explained the process at every step, prepped me, and came with me for the interview. Everything went great! Thanks, Stacy!

Excellent!
I found Stacy over 10 years ago, after working with other immigration lawyers that wasn't that much help. I had a complicated issue and I have to say that I was so fortunate to get her name when I was asking around. She is super knowledgeable and gets the stuff done, right to the point with no dragged-out meetings. She explains everything so you understand and makes you feel at ease. She helped me tremendously and was always there when I needed someone on my side. Very reasonable in price as well. If you are looking for someone to help you, look no further. I literally tell anyone that looks for an immigration lawyer to contact her. You will not be disappointed. I will not need her services myself anymore, as I recently got my citizenship (with help from Stacy) but couldn't recommend her enough to anyone that needs help regarding immigration.

I highly recommend Stacy
My mother was Stacy's client and had a complicated case that required post conviction relief. Stacy went above and beyond in helping my mom with her very convoluted case. She was always extremely responsive and deeply knowledgeable about all things immigration in LA. She is straightforward and trustworthy - we are in need of more people like her in the immigration field.

Cannot ask for a better immigration lawyer and supporting team
I was ordered deported and on an order of supervision since 2007. I was referred to Stacy by another immigration lawyer saying that that Stacy specializes in complex cases and I cannot thank her enough. It took 4 long years ( due to covid too ), but she was able to pull through and help overturn my deportation and able to secure my citizenship. I am forever grateful to you Stacy and also to Yadira for always being on top of things.

Stacy is the lawyer i trust!
Background: I hired Stacy for citizenship application which supposed to be straightforward process. But my case had a twist in it which can potentially had really bad consequence. After working with Stacy and get my approval, here is why i would recommend her as your immigration lawyer in a heartbeat: Experienced: When i consulted with Stacy, i knew she was a seasoned lawyer with lots of experience. She is confident, she knows the immigration law like the back of her hand. To be honest, I consulted other lawyers and none of them had experience or gut to handle the worst possible consequence. But Stacy had! She gave me a clear road map and Plan B for worst case scenario! Stacy was exactly the lawyer i was looking for, not only helping with the paperwork, but had a plan to fight for me under the worst circumstance. Responsive: Whenever i emailed Stacy, she usually responded within 24 hours. No matter how small the question was, she had always been responsive which gave me great comfort. Caring and Respectful: For sure I was not Stacy’s only client. However, I was always surprised by Stacy because she remembered everything about my case every time we talked. This made me believe Stacy really cares for her client and is always prepared for the client. Stacy is the lawyer you want to hire to get things right! If anyone ask for a good immigration layer, Stacy is the the lawyer i completely trust!

Forever grateful!
After a federal conviction I was placed in removal proceeding by ICE. Being in my early 20s, and having lived in the United States for as long as I can remember, the thought of having to leave my loving family and live life elsewhere had never crossed my mind. I am forever grateful that Stacy came in highly recommended and that my family had hired her. After her taking over my case I saw how knowledgeable and experienced she was and when combined with her unmatched motivation for doing the right thing it gave me immense hope. We applied for termination of case as well bond in the meantime. I was told over and over by ICE officers at the detention center that bond is not possible in my case and I shouldn't be wasting my time. But since I had already, unfortunately, spent time in custody I knew that detention facility officer don't always have the most "accurate/helpful" information. After spending around a month in the detention facility I was granted bond. I am forever grateful that I had such a great team by my side... without Stacy I would still be in custody listening to all the inaccurate information peddled by the detention facility. Stacy is the best at what she does. It's not often you come across a gem like Stacy. I saw it firsthand. Thank you for all you have done so far! It means the world to me that I can be at home with my family again.

I was very satisfied with Mrs. Tolchin knowledge of immigration and criminal law. Without getting into details, I had a criminal record that could affect my dream of became a permanent resident. Mrs. Tolchin clear all my question and the solution she recommended to my case was very effective and I got my green card sooner than expected. I felt at ease working with her team (Yadira) and I'll definitely call them for my citizenship. I would 100% recommend Mrs. Tolchin to a friend.

THE BEST ATTORNEY ON EARTH!
I’ve been in search of a miracle worker for 20+ years and no one’s been able to take my case due to the complexity. I found Stacy through an extraordinary criminal attorney who enlisted Stacy. Stacy found the smoking gun that resulted in the dismissal of my criminal case. She then filed with USCIS to dismiss my immigration case and naturally, we won. Stacy is highly professional, very experienced, compassionate, and truly deserves the best attorney on earth title. I wouldn’t be on my way to receiving my naturalization without Stacy. I wouldn’t have my freedom without Stacy. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of any type of immigration service. She’s worth every penny and I’d pay her anything for what she’s done for me and my family.

I went from final order of deportation to U.S. Citizen!
Back ground: I was ordered deported by an immigration judge and on 3 occasions just missed ICE raids. My situation seemed hopeless and everything that PRIOR lawyers did was useless and a waste of money. I have been a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) since I was 3 years old but in 2006 I was convicted of CA PC 487 and PC 459.. After my release from a two year prison sentence I was transferred to ICE for removal proceedings. I was charged with having an aggravated felony! At trial, the immigration judge order me removed for LIFE!! I of course appealed and when that appeal failed I appealed again! and then again!! (If you are reading this then you know it cost a fortune.) I maxed out my credit and nothing was working! Then I found an attorney that specializes in 9th Circuit cases and she told me about a brilliant lawyer named Stacy Tolchin, they met at a conference and URGED me to call her. Although I was time barred and appeals barred, Stacy was able to get my life back! This past Thanksgiving 2021 I received a letter from the BIA that stated that; Although I was time barred and appeals barred they decided to terminate removal proceedings against me. My LPR status was returned to me! I thank God for working through Stacy and making all of this possible. Thank you Stacy I will be forever grateful to you.. EDIT: UPDATE 06/10/2022 I am very happy to add that today I became a Naturalized U.S. Citizen! Above all, I am grateful to God for making the impossible, possible! And for connecting me with such a skilled and talented person. Stacy stood by me during the entire process and was with me during my interview. She was able to answer the officers legal questions, and he was left in AWE with what she was able to accomplish with my case. Thank you Stacy for everything that you do for ALL of us faced with losing everything! -Oscar M.

Sharp and Knowledgable
Stacy is fantastic! She is smart and very up to date on all immigration laws and tactics and she thinks outside the box. We had a complicated immigration case that involved many steps and Stacy was not phased by any of it. She was referred to us by a few different attorneys, so we knew she was the one to go with! we did not regret it, as she knew how to navigate every situation we came across. I would highly recommend her!

I am so grateful that i worked with the team for something so important in my life. Me and my husband are forever grateful for you both. Without your skills and kind supports, i couldn’t have made it. Thank you!

Asylum case pending, mandamus
After waiting for almost 6 years of waiting for a decision, I contacted Stacy after having been through with 4 other lawyers, Stacy is very professional, she answers all questions, and she is always there for you, She is always ready to help out and you could feel she wants to help you. Stacy is a star and a hidden gem in the lawyers world. I recommend her to anyone with a pending case. And most importantly, her cost is very reasonable, not like other greedy attorneys that don’t care about you and care more about your money. We did a mandamus with Stacy and our final decision arrived within 60 days. We got granted finally after waiting since may 2015. Thank you Stacy, thank you.
