An amazing lawyer

I highly recommend Stacy Eva Tolchin. She's an amazing lawyer very helpful. She was always there to answer any questions we had. And stayed with us through out the entire immigration process throughout all our interviews.

Best Immigration Attorney Ever – N-400 Approved Despite Misdemeanor!

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Attorney Tolchin is hands down the best immigration attorney I have ever met. She always responds to emails quickly (unlike some attorneys who take forever), answers all my questions thoroughly, and is incredibly patient. I’ve been a green card holder since 2015. In... 2017, I was charged with a misdemeanor in California for something that happened in 2015. Attorney Tolchin first helped me in 2019 when I needed to switch my conditional 2-year green card to a 10-year one. She handled everything smoothly. In 2023, I decided to apply for U.S. citizenship. After nearly two years, USCIS informed me that my N-400 might be denied. They believed I hadn’t answered truthfully on my original green card application when asked if I had ever committed a crime but hadn’t been arrested. At the time, I answered "no," but in reality, my misdemeanor had occurred before my green card application, so I should have answered "yes." Attorney Tolchin stepped in again and went with me to the USCIS office. She spoke to the officer and explored solutions in case I got denied. At one point, I almost gave up on providing more evidence, but she encouraged me, saying we still had a chance because of the nature of my misdemeanor. She prepared a strong set of evidence and a detailed declaration letter for me. And today I got approved! I am beyond grateful for Attorney Tolchin’s help. If you have a difficult immigration case, she is absolutely the best choice!
