Stacy Tolchin is a world-class lawyer -- highest possible recommendation

Stacy Tolchin was our lawyer for the adjustment of our petition to permanent status. Our case was exceedingly complicated and difficult. Just after we hired her, the new hardline stance toward immigration by the new administration took effect. We were terrified that our new family would be torn apart.... Here's what you need to know: Stacy Tolchin quite simply is a lawyer's lawyer. She is knows everything about immigration law. She is competent, efficient, and thorough beyond anyone else we know. This in itself was more than we dared hope. But beyond these characteristics, we found a caring, amazingly warm soul. We found in Stacy a person who listened to us -- who understood our fear and spoke to us with gentleness. She infused us with hope. We knew at once that she would completely and unconditionally fight for us. Stacy Tolchin is assisted by a staff that wonderfully resonates with her philosophy and ethic. In Yadira Limon, we found a precise and conscientious partner who communicated with us regularly and caringly. There are simply no words to describe our gratitude. We often wondered what we would do if our family were torn apart -- what would happen to our newborn? How would we make it in a new country? Stacy and her team have done more than simply make it possible for us to live here -- they have made a future possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please support people like Stacy Tolchin and her team for the sake of families all across the U.S. and, yes, for the sake of the country itself.

Your BEST CHOICE

We have used the lawyer services of Stacy Tolchin and all of her wonderful staff for the residency establishment for my husband Leonel in 2013, and then again for his citizenship approval in 2017. Stacy, Yadira and her team worked very hard to give us all of the facts, and expectations of everything... to be expected without surprise. They are available to talk and are quick to return answers you may have. Leonel and I can't express enough how grateful we are for their services. You are all "Awesome!" -David M.

From deportation proceeding to a green card

I was in deportation proceedings since 2009. And in 2013 I met Stacy . Having long criminal record complicated things even more. DHS was insisting that based on my record I am deportable. And they were right And we went to trail. That’s when Stacy showed hew brilliance . She was not only able to con...vince the court to grant me canceltion of removal, she was also able to get me adjustment of status granted . I not only got the green card back that day, I got the opportunity to apply for citizenship after my probation expires. The result that I personally didn’t even dream about. Last , but not least, unlike other attorneys I met in this field, Stacy is an unbelievably human. She was able to comfort my wife that was scared out of her mind. Without any promises she did her job and kept my family together . No words can describe how much I appreciate what she did. If anyone ever needs to go to war in immigration court, Stacy should be your general. Besides being an unbelievable up to date expert, she also stays on top of all the pending and closed immigration cases. Which is really helpful in her fights . If anyone ever needs at immigration guru , your Guru is Stacy Tolchin with great team of assistants.

Great Immigtation Attorney in LA

I hired Stacy for my highly complicated naturalization case. She came strongly recommended by my defense attorney, Norton Tooby. If you don't know Norton Tooby, he is THE expert in the field of criminal defense for immigrants and a recommendation from him is probably the highest praise you can get... as an immigration lawyer dealing with challenging nats cases for those with criminal history. Although it happened decades ago, I have an expunged felony on my record from what is normally a deportable offense which made my eligibility for naturalization questionable. After meeting with Stacy a few times to walk her through my situation, she laid out my path to naturalization with the potential risks and pitfalls along the way. She meticulously helped me put all my documents and application together for submittal which resulted in a scheduled interview with the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to the interview, she prepared me for it by walking me through what to expect and coached me on how to handle certain questions. The interview and the whole process went without surprises and I recently received my date for an oath ceremony without any further follow up. I can't express enough my appreciation for all her help, the professionalism, preparedness and empathy she showed as my advisor/counsel through this long process. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone with an immigration case as an excellent and down to earth counsel that cares about her clients.
