Im lucky i met this team

My case was very challenging. Honestly this difficult challenging case i had would time to time put me in a really dark place. I am truly lucky to met Stacy and Yadria. They changed my life to a level that i never thought it was possible. Stacy and Yadria’s kindness, leadership and professionalism a...mazed me and my husband. I am so grateful that i worked with the team for something so important in my life. Me and my husband are forever grateful for you both. Without your skills and kind supports, i couldn’t have made it. Thank you!

Asylum case pending, mandamus

After waiting for almost 6 years of waiting for a decision, I contacted Stacy after having been through with 4 other lawyers, Stacy is very professional, she answers all questions, and she is always there for you, She is always ready to help out and you could feel she wants to help you. Stacy is a... star and a hidden gem in the lawyers world. I recommend her to anyone with a pending case. And most importantly, her cost is very reasonable, not like other greedy attorneys that don’t care about you and care more about your money. We did a mandamus with Stacy and our final decision arrived within 60 days. We got granted finally after waiting since may 2015. Thank you Stacy, thank you.

Stacy gave me my life back!

After three decades as a U.S. Green Card holder, I was suddenly put in removal proceedings due to a minor criminal incident from over a decade ago. I have lawyers in the family and they all recommended Stacy as the best immigration lawyer in California, so I jumped at the chance to work with her. ... Once she took my case, it became clear why everyone recommended Stacy. She genuinely cares about her clients and she loves her work. When we first met, I was terrified that I would be taken from the country, my family, and the life I had built over 30 years. But from that first consultation, Stacy explained exactly what was happening and went over each step of her plan to get a waiver of removal. She explained how she had handled similar cases before and knew exactly what to do. And true to her word, Stacy and Yadira worked with me, held my hand throughout the process (including the disruptions of COVID) and WON my case! I have my life back, and it’s all thanks to Stacy. She is the reason I am still here with my family, and I feel so lucky to have been helped by her. If you or anyone you know needs an immigration lawyer, Stacy is the only lawyer you need. I can’t recommend her strongly enough.

Look No Further, Stacy Will Get It Done.

Stacy held my hand through this complex, intimidating process and helped me get my naturalization in just about a year! I was referred to Stacy by my criminal lawyer, I had a minor criminal history that required a lot more effort than the average applicant. I've been in the US for 15 years, unable to... apply for green card renewal or naturalization due to my criminal history complications; I was afraid that I would eventually be deported. Stacy and her office guided me through every single step perfectly, she is so knowledgable and up-to-date on every minor detail in immigration laws. But still, because of this crazy time with the volatile immigration policies and Covid, I got a Notice Of Intent to Deny in the mail, and I couldn't be more bummed. I thought it was game over. Stacy then laid out a plan, detailing exactly what documents and proof we needed to provide, which she then prepared a response and a packet of documents that were so compelling that they reversed the decision, and sent me the approval for naturalization within a month. She helped change my life for the better, and helped me solve this issue that was hanging over my head for over a decade. I will be going to her for all of my future immigration needs, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know who needs help with immigration.

Stacy is amazing at what she does

I was on ICE deportation proceeding since 2005 and I was looking for a lawyer to help me. After talking to a few, I went with Stacy because of her experience in the court room. She referred me to an attorney who specializes in Appeals to reopen my criminal case. Anthony the appeal lawyer got me a re-...plead deal to a non aggravated felony which gave stacy something to work with. Stacy then got my deportation case reopened.. long story short. We beat the case and I applied for my citizenship. Got my citizenship drive through style because of Covid-19. And I owe it all to stacy. She gave me a 2nd chance at life. Giving me the opportunity to raise my daughter and provide for wife. I cannot thank you enough, you change my life for the better.
