Life-Changing Immigration Attorney: Stacy Tochin - A Beacon of Hope: From Complicated Immigration Case to Green Card Success

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Stacy! My immigration case was extremely complicated, and I had been working with several attorneys in the past who were not giving me good options and didn't believe that a path to permanent residency, let alone citizenship, was possible for me. My future was u...p in the air and uncertain, and I was constantly worried about being separated from my family. Stacy was a true game-changer. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable. She was able to navigate the complexities of the immigration system and find a way forward when others said it wasn't possible. Her unwavering belief in me and my case was a source of strength and hope. She managed to find a solution where others had failed, and she worked tirelessly and relentlessly in her mission to get me a green card. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. Now that I finally have my green card, the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. I no longer have to worry about being separated from my family or being forced to leave the country I now call home. I am forever grateful to Stacy for her hard work, dedication, and unwavering belief in me. Stacy was not cheap, but she was worth every penny and more. Before I found Stacy, I had spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on immigration attorneys and I was reluctant to pay her fees, but she came highly recommended and willing to work with me on her fees. She accepted a payment plan of whatever I could afford each month, which made her services accessible to me despite my financial situation. She truly cares about her clients; her personal touch made all the difference. I just wish I had found her sooner. Simply put: If you are looking for an immigration attorney who will go above and beyond for you and genuinely care about your case, look no further than Stacy Tolchin. She is a true professional who will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough! In the long run, you will have saved yourself a lot of time and money, not to mention all the headaches you can avoid if you go with Stacey at Tolchin Immigration Law.

Excellent!

I found Stacy over 10 years ago, after working with other immigration lawyers that wasn't that much help. I had a complicated issue and I have to say that I was so fortunate to get her name when I was asking around. She is super knowledgeable and gets the stuff done, right to the point with no dragge...d-out meetings. She explains everything so you understand and makes you feel at ease. She helped me tremendously and was always there when I needed someone on my side. Very reasonable in price as well. If you are looking for someone to help you, look no further. I literally tell anyone that looks for an immigration lawyer to contact her. You will not be disappointed. I will not need her services myself anymore, as I recently got my citizenship (with help from Stacy) but couldn't recommend her enough to anyone that needs help regarding immigration.

I went from final order of deportation to U.S. Citizen!

Back ground: I was ordered deported by an immigration judge and on 3 occasions just missed ICE raids. My situation seemed hopeless and everything that PRIOR lawyers did was useless and a waste of money. I have been a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) since I was 3 years old but in 2006 I was convicted... of CA PC 487 and PC 459.. After my release from a two year prison sentence I was transferred to ICE for removal proceedings. I was charged with having an aggravated felony! At trial, the immigration judge order me removed for LIFE!! I of course appealed and when that appeal failed I appealed again! and then again!! (If you are reading this then you know it cost a fortune.) I maxed out my credit and nothing was working! Then I found an attorney that specializes in 9th Circuit cases and she told me about a brilliant lawyer named Stacy Tolchin, they met at a conference and URGED me to call her. Although I was time barred and appeals barred, Stacy was able to get my life back! This past Thanksgiving 2021 I received a letter from the BIA that stated that; Although I was time barred and appeals barred they decided to terminate removal proceedings against me. My LPR status was returned to me! I thank God for working through Stacy and making all of this possible. Thank you Stacy I will be forever grateful to you.. EDIT: UPDATE 06/10/2022 I am very happy to add that today I became a Naturalized U.S. Citizen! Above all, I am grateful to God for making the impossible, possible! And for connecting me with such a skilled and talented person. Stacy stood by me during the entire process and was with me during my interview. She was able to answer the officers legal questions, and he was left in AWE with what she was able to accomplish with my case. Thank you Stacy for everything that you do for ALL of us faced with losing everything! -Oscar M.

THE BEST ATTORNEY ON EARTH!

I’ve been in search of a miracle worker for 20+ years and no one’s been able to take my case due to the complexity. I found Stacy through an extraordinary criminal attorney who enlisted Stacy. Stacy found the smoking gun that resulted in the dismissal of my criminal case. She then filed with USCIS to... dismiss my immigration case and naturally, we won. Stacy is highly professional, very experienced, compassionate, and truly deserves the best attorney on earth title. I wouldn’t be on my way to receiving my naturalization without Stacy. I wouldn’t have my freedom without Stacy. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of any type of immigration service. She’s worth every penny and I’d pay her anything for what she’s done for me and my family.

Asylum case pending, mandamus

After waiting for almost 6 years of waiting for a decision, I contacted Stacy after having been through with 4 other lawyers, Stacy is very professional, she answers all questions, and she is always there for you, She is always ready to help out and you could feel she wants to help you. Stacy is a... star and a hidden gem in the lawyers world. I recommend her to anyone with a pending case. And most importantly, her cost is very reasonable, not like other greedy attorneys that don’t care about you and care more about your money. We did a mandamus with Stacy and our final decision arrived within 60 days. We got granted finally after waiting since may 2015. Thank you Stacy, thank you.
