5 stars is an understatement for Stacy, we will be forever grateful to her. Earlier this year my spouse of four years was denied his immigrant visa at the consular in Mexico. Their reasoning was he had two illegal entries into the U.S. Both entries were as a minor, which according to the law should n...ot count against him. After consulting various attorneys none of them gave us any hope, all they advised was to file two waivers which would cost a lot of money and with very little hope of them getting approved. Stacy thoroughly reviewed our case and immediately saw a different route, she said "we gotta fight this, it's the only way" finally we had some hope... We saw a light... 2 months after filing our lawsuit, the dept of state issued my spouse's visa! Can't express in words how grateful we will always be, she is extremely professional, smart, compassionate, she has an amazing soul, she is the best of the best!
