Naturalization Case

Stacy was extremely professional with all the questions I had. She was able to coordinate everything in a perfect way according to my travel schedules, her interview preparation was extremely accurate and really made me feel comfortable in such an important moment in my life. I really recommend her t...o anyone, she's really great!

A professional, competent and a compassionate lawyer

I came across Stacy’s name on the Southern California ACLU website when I was researching to find out why my naturalization application was taking longer than usual to process. I had consulted with other lawyers who gave me vague answers. Stacy replied to my message immediately and I arranged a pho...ne consultation with her. She was warm, concise and very knowledgeable. She informed me of an option to get legal representation from the best lawyers in the country without any charge – only a consummate professional will behave in such a manner. Unlike other lawyers, she did not tell me that I should pay her an exorbitant amount of money to find out what is going on with my case. Instead, she exactly knew what the issue was and came up with a plan to solve it. She was kind enough to get licensed in the state where I reside so that she could represent me. She was approachable and always answered to my emails promptly. USCIS offered to settle my case within 8 weeks of the date I requested her to represent me. Please do yourself a favor and request Stacy to help you if your case has been stuck in the USCIS purgatory indefinitely. She has the expertise and knowledge to solve your issues. She is upfront and will not suggest you to pay for endeavors which are unlikely to have a bearing on your case. Thank you Stacy!

The Best

My wife and I hired Stacy Tolchin back in 2011. We found her and her team to be exceptional. Ours was a complicated case, which Stacy took on with the utmost persistence, professionalism, and impressive understanding of immigration law. Five years ago my fiance (now wife) was detained by Homeland ...Security at LAX, accused of abusing the Visa Waiver program, her passport confiscated, given ten days probation to leave the country. After explaining the situation in a call to my original immigration lawyer, we were referred to Stacy Tolchin. Under Stacy’s guidance, we moved our wedding up to immediately. Stacy was then able to retrieve my wife’s passport, and successfully guided us through a highly scrutinized and gruelling immigration process. I cannot say enough in regard to her knowledge of immigration law, her persistence, her professionalism. She and her team were outstanding in walking us through all of the processes, ensuring all our documentation was beyond sufficient, guided us through the interviews, and ensured a successful outcome. My wife just recently obtained her US citizenship.

Absolutely Superb

I hired Stacy Tolchin back in 2008 for my case, which in her words, was very complex and very challenging. After 8 long years, we did it! Stacy was able to win my case and now both me and wife are legal resident of the United States. It was definitely not easy in the beginning but after working very ...closely with her, it was obvious that she knew what she was doing. With her being located 5 hours away, the main means of communication were through email and phone conversations and each interaction was very pleasant. Whenever I had a question, and I had plenty, she would respond immediately and that was always greatly appreciated. Communication and knowledge was key in this case and she excells in both categories. Lawyers are not cheap nowadays but she is worth every penny I invested. Thank you Stacy for working so hard for me and my family.

Exemplary in Performance, Excellence in Human Relations. A Rarity indeed !

Stacy Tolchin was referred by a number of well-respected lawyers in both the Orange and Los Angeles areas who refused to accept our immigration case either because in their views, it was "too complex" or "did not stand a chance with INS". For the few who expressed interests, their first demand was f...or us to deposit with them thousand of dollars even before the in-person consultation. Within the hour of receiving our email, Stacy positively responded to our inquiry and outlined the case's strategy, which was thoroughly explaint to us at the in-person consultation with her and her staff attorney. From that moment onward, our case proceeded with incredible ease and simplicity. In fact, we were delighted beyond words when the case received positive response from INS and the application for permanence residency in the U.S was subsequently approved after our brief in-person interview by US Immigration Officer. This "difficult immigration case" that was rejected by over 1/2 dozen lawyers was brought to the finished line in less than one (1) year and the strategy for the case happened the way that both Stacy and her staff attorney, Johanna anticipated. Aside from being an outstanding advocate for her clients, Stacy Tolchin and her staff attorney are two of the most compassionate individuals we have encountered in the world of complex words and rules. They are not only the best in their fields but are rarities indeed. Stacy Tolchin et als. come highly recommended and would always have our trusts and businesses.
