Faithful and Encouraging

Stacy is someone that would go above and beyond to solve your case. She had me sit in her office, walk through my case, and explained everything that I should know of before moving into the next step. My case was challenging and seemed impossible to win; however, her persistent personality to help ot...hers pushed me through my journey. With little more than a year, I finally won my case with flying colors because of Stacy. Now, i didn't include what my case was or what my problem was due to integrity and confidentiality reasons; however, I can tell you that you won't regret working with her. I thank her every day for what she has done and will forever remember her for her generosity. Stacy, you are doing the best work anyone can ever hope for. Thank you.

Without Stacy my case will be destroyed. I got approved at my naturalization interview with Stacy i will be h...aving oath ceremony soon. she is very knowledgeable and very smart. she prepared me extremely well for my naturalization interview. she is an honest attorney and i trusted her fully to handle my case. I am really glad i hired her during this complicated process. what a top notch team.

Great Service

I contacted Stacy's office to help with my green-card process. Got a response right away from Pedro. After my initial contact with them, Stacy and Yadira took over the process and was smooth sailing. very professional and knowledgeable.

Truly Exceptional Attorney

Stacy is an amazing attorney whose work literally made the difference between succeeding or failing in our immigration case. My wife and I had been dealing with a complex immigration problem for a couple years. We were already working with a lawyer who, although diligent and competent, didn't quit...e have the experience necessary to tackle the thorny issues presented by the facts of our case. Desperate to find a solution, I went on a search mission to find a lawyer who can see our case all the way to the end, possibly even litigating the matter. By the time we spoke with Stacy, we had already consulted with several other lawyers. From the very first meeting, Stacy was different. She showed the perfect combination of empathy, passion, and most importantly, the legal knowledge, experience, and skill that gave us a healthy measure of assurance that we hadn't felt with any other lawyer. I walked out of that first meeting with a peace of mind that I hadn't felt since our ordeal began. This doesn't mean she'll blindly promise you results; no honest attorney can ever guarantee you anything. Stacy is honest about the realities of your case. It's just that because of her knowledge and experience, that "reality" can be measurably rosier than what other lawyers can muster. Of course, talk is cheap. But Stacy not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk. There's nothing more powerful than words of knowledge and confidence backed up by actual work and results. And she was the living embodiment of this power. Throughout multiple communications and meetings following our initial consultation, she listened attentively to our story and shaped the best legal strategy possible according to our needs. She put in the necessary hours (you won't believe the thickness of the packet she submitted to USCIS on our behalf) with a dogged determination to ensure that USCIS will see the truth. The sense of her supreme legal expertise that I got during our first meeting was borne out in real life as I witnessed our steady march towards a successful outcome. Other reviews can attest to Stacy's knowledge, experience, and skill. But merely describing those three attributes doesn't fully capture the value of her legal work. So I'll touch on what sets her apart even more. Stacy is thorough. Her expertise is amplified even more by her thoroughness. She leaves no stone unturned, and in one instance, her suggestion that we locate some old documents from a source we weren't even thinking of netted us a critical piece of evidence that further bolstered our chance of success. Stacy is resourceful. The type of research she conducted on our behalf can only be done by someone who is able to think outside the box. Every little advantage matters in an immigration case, and she is great at uncovering helpful facts from places an average lawyer normally wouldn't look. Stacy is a passionate advocate. Having a smart lawyer in your corner might not be enough if that lawyer doesn't advocate for you passionately. In that regard, Stacy represented us with a passion rarely seen in lawyers today. When she accompanied us to a hearing, she was a fierce advocate for our cause. She pulled no punches, and made piercing oral arguments at every turn. Fast forward to just earlier this month: Stacy's expertise and hard work have resulted in the best outcome possible, so my wife will be going in for her naturalization oath ceremony soon. We can't thank Stacy enough for everything. Coming from a legal background myself, I don't indulge in hyperbole. And that's the thing: none of the above is an exaggeration. Stacy deserves every bit of the praise in this review as well as all the other reviews. Immigration law is a field that has an unimaginable level of substantive consequences for the people going through the system. With so much at stake, anyone looking for an immigration attorney should hire the very best that they can find. And that's Stacy.

Previous client

I had very bad experiences with this attorney. Every time I spoke to her she only talked about more money. When I talked about the case ,she didn't seem to even review the case . Finally she didn't win the case . I hired another Attorny who win the same case she lost . I would Not recommend her .
