I received an RFE after my citizenship interview based on a 5-year rule, it was pretty unexpected and concerning. Megan was able to find time for consultation in her packed scheduler. I don’t know where to start! I was referred to Stacy Tolchin’s office when my husband’s case was denied in the LA Downtown immigration court (Los Angeles, Ca. Case) and he got a deportation letter. The attorney representing us at that time, said he didn’t argue cases in the ninth circuit and that’s were my husband’s case was going to be argued to avoid the deportation order.
