Best Immigration Attorney

If you are looking for an immigration attorney, I highly recommend that you hire Stacy Tolchin. Fourteen years ago, I was deported due to an aggravated felony conviction from 1997. I talked to many immigration attorneys who told me that I had no hope of ever returning to the United States legally.... Ms. Tolchin was the only attorney who had the expertise and the drive to help me, and to figure out a solution. She was a fierce advocate every step of the way and was always brainstorming different strategies to help me to reunite with my family in the United States. Ms. Tolchin's hard work and brilliance paid off, and I was approved for a green card last week! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to Ms. Tolchin and her team. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you and your family, you've found her.

Cannot ask for a better immigration lawyer and supporting team

I was ordered deported and on an order of supervision since 2007. I was referred to Stacy by another immigration lawyer saying that that Stacy specializes in complex cases and I cannot thank her enough. It took 4 long years ( due to covid too ), but she was able to pull through and help overturn my d...eportation and able to secure my citizenship. I am forever grateful to you Stacy and also to Yadira for always being on top of things.

Great Service

I contacted Stacy's office to help with my green-card process. Got a response right away from Pedro. After my initial contact with them, Stacy and Yadira took over the process and was smooth sailing. very professional and knowledgeable.

Removal Proceedings got terminated and Multiple Form I-130 denied and today, 10/29/2018: I got APPROVED!

In any immigration case that you’ll encounter in your life you better not do it alone, GET A LAWYER AS GOOD AS STACY TOLCHIN! I have learned it in a hard way, got denied multiple times. In 2015, I met an outstanding lawyer, and that is Stacy Tolchin and her team. Her team went a...bove and beyond with my case and my late husband ’s. I have a very complicated case, and USCIS thought that my relationship with my late husband was a fraud and wasn't a bona fide marriage. We initially filed our case back in 2012 and met different lawyers, who merely wanted money or experience. Moreover, my late husband filed Form I-130 three to four times, repetitively denied, another one was approved, re-opened and USCIS intended to deny our case again. Furthermore, when I met Stacy, I was on removal proceedings, and she’s successfully battled the case and had the removal proceeding terminated. Today is a remarkable day for my kids, I, and my late husband; and for sure his soul will be at peace. Not only impressive, but Stacy gave light to our future. Because of Stacy’s expertise, she successfully convinced and sufficiently provided evidence that my late husband’s and I marriage was a bona fide one. Today, they have converted the Form-I-130 to I-360. I got approved! The officer subjectively mentioned that he would approve my case my Form-I485, once they receive my medical exam. My case was a complicated case; we’ve been battling to get approval for six years. Stacy sufficiently supplemented every concern that the USCIS have. Further, every time I talk to her, she makes me feel that everything will be ok, will pour confidence in me, and will lift my self-esteem. She always has answers to all my queries. I want to thank you for all your help, I know it is not over yet, but today we found our silver lining. I highly recommend Stacy Tolchin and her team special mention to Yadira who went above and beyond as well. Stacy's team is so professional with outstanding performance. They will fight for you until the end, and they are the experts in complicated cases. Nothing is impossible with Stacy’s intelligence and ability! She will be my forever immigration lawyer! I love you, Stacy Tolchin! Cristina V.
