Helpful, Selfless, Top Lawyer

Although we ultimately won't be moving forward on my claim, I want to share my experience. I spent the better part of two weeks contacting so called labor lawyers who all tried to sign me to a retainer for them to be paid to send my employer a letter. These groups were less than scrupulous. Mr. La Co...ur is clearly a master of his occupation and was able to break down th law in very easy to understand terms. He was always available even when it was clear there was no financial gain for him. I wish there were more lawyers like him who would help otherseven when faced with a big employer. Now I have the tools to resolve my claim and will be filing with the EEOC. Thank you!

For Workerplace Injury

We had a history of shady things happening at work where my. employer would pay people to not file for workers compensation. I contacted this attorney because they were trying to fire me. We filed a workers compensation claim and are currently in the process. I have no doubt that I am in great hands ...with this caring and exceptional attorney. He has made himself available for me multiple times at this point and I respect his time. He answers questions in a considerate and friendly manner. His staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Expert attorney superb customer service.

When I first submitted the claim I hoped that I could come to a fair agreement with my employer and the workmans comp company. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case which led me to seek legal counsel. I contacted Employees First Labor Law late one evening and received a phone call from Jonathon LaCou...r almost immediately. He patiently heard me out, assessed my situation and promptly provided me with guidance on what to do next. My case was assigned to Atty Matthew Barhoma, who was an absolute advocate and warrior for me. Throughout this process Jonathan, Matthew and Jessica have diligently communicated with absolute transparency, empathy and candor. Quick, Satisfied, Happy

I had a workers comp claim open for a year and a half. I sent an email at 10pm and Jonathan responded almost immediately. He called me in the morning and we signed that day. Almost immediately he sent a barrage of paperwork to the insurance company. They freaked out. I saw a new doctor for QME and we... settled AT my deposition. These guys are the real deal. I'm going to tell everyone I know about this law firm. I look forward to getting my settlement check!

We are very happy with this lawyer

We call this lawyer over the weekend and he pick up this phone on a Sunday. Trust me, he is very fast. We schedule appointment right away. I went to the doctor right after. He is patient with me and my husband. Very handsome too. Great choice. Base on my experience, we can recommend. He is a good win...ner. For injures at work.
