Biography
The Employment Rights Law Firm was established by Payam Aframian to help California employees get the justice and compensation they deserve. I specialize in employment litigation and trials in federal and state courts. I am a first generation American and lifelong resident of California and am fluent in Spanish and conversational in Farsi. It is my mission to prosecute companies who fail to comply with their legal obligations to maintain discrimination, retaliation and harassment free work places and/or pay their employees lawful wages.
