When I found myself in a sticky situation related to a domestic violence charge I turned to the attorneys at Perlman Law. I was especially concerned since I too am an attorney and could have lost my law license with a charge relating to moral turpitude. Prior to graduating from law school in our Nation's Capital, Daniel worked as a Prosecutor for the Maryland State's Attorney's Office in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he became aware of many of the stumbling blocks that exist between prosecutors and defense attorneys from the government side. Daniel used this opportunity to learn how best to approach prosecutors and how to creatively resolve differences to the satisfaction of both sides. Daniel move to Los Angeles to start his new law practice in Hollywood, CA.

The firm is comprised of two Los Angeles Criminal Defense Lawyers who focus their practice exclusively on criminal and DUI defense throughout Southern California.

a life saver!

Sleep Better At Night

Dan has been helping me out this entire year. I was stressed out and nervous about my case especially during covid. Felt "taken care of"

Highly recommendable, felt truly safe and taken care of during my "situation" , very knowledgeable on criminal defense NOT a jack of all trades master of none like most other attorneys that claim to be. Fast and reliable

Daniel was there for me when I needed him the most! My husband was arrested and I needed a lawyer to represent him in court. I called Daniel on a Tuesday and by Wednesday he was in court with my husband. I wouldn't have made it through that devastating experience if it wasn't for Daniel. I recommended him highly!

Long distance counsel

I live 500 miles away from the county where I was charged with criminal threats. I took a big chance by relying on Daniel Perlman to properly represent me with nothing more than an email saying he could help me. I could not be any happier with the service I recieved which began with a phone call the very next day. My case took a solid year to settle and get the court satisfied. Daniel, Mathew and Jason along with the office staff never let me down and kept me informed everytime there was a court date and informed me immediatley what the outcome was. DUI Case

Best Criminal attorney in LA

Daniel helped me with a speeding ticket and a DUI. The cops pulled me over for speeding and then I got breathalyzed after and got a DUI. Totally sucked because they had my new car towed. Daniel was able to help me with my DMV hearing and my tickets. I would recommend using him as your criminal lawyer.

saved my job

Gave me peace of mind!!!

I retained this firm to help me handle a DUI I got a few months ago. I have always been a good person and have never been in trouble with the law before this incident so I was really stressed out and distraught when I learned that I was being charged with criminal misdemeanor. Daniel and another young associate named Chris really put my mind to ease and made the process much less stressful. I would highly recommend this firm if you get a DUI!!

criminal law charges related to a divorce matter

I consulted Mr. Perlman in a criminal law matter against my divorcing husband who happens to have a hot temper LOL. Mr. Perlman was very thorough in looking at the evidence that I brough in his office. He explained all the charges that could be filed, and even all out-of-court remedies to solve some of the issues. He also went into detail discussing the potential outcome from filing each and everyne charge. Very very impressive lawyer!! His legal advise was very helpful, and I will always use his legal advise without any hesitaion in the future.
