I contacted Christa one year ago after having my employment terminated when I asked for a leave of absence. She reviewed the evidence and did not feel a lawsuit was appropriate but referred me to another attorney for a second opinion. I contacted her again after an offer of informal mediation from ...the DFEH and she coached me on how to respond. She did a lot of work for me for no money. When the employer offered formal mediation through DFEH, she put together all the evidence and accompanied me through the mediation.
