For Workerplace Injury

We had a history of shady things happening at work where my. employer would pay people to not file for workers compensation. I contacted this attorney because they were trying to fire me. We filed a workers compensation claim and are currently in the process. I have no doubt that I am in great hands ...with this caring and exceptional attorney. He has made himself available for me multiple times at this point and I respect his time. He answers questions in a considerate and friendly manner. His staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Blessing When We Needed It

Let me just state the obvious. This was a trying time. Like many of you reading this, I was at the mercy of my employer who wasn't paying me overtime but I put up with it because I needed a job. I was constantly threatened and then ultimately fired. When I reached out to Mr. LaCour I was angry but wa...nted justice. Let me say, I got justice fully. I was paid back every red cent I was owed. Mr. LaCour dragged them into court what seemed like on a monthly basis. The judge even got angry for not responding to our requests. I felt supported the entire way and while It took longer than what we expected I was ultimately paid a lot more than I even wanted. This was a blessing. The staff was always friendly and helpful and nice and accommodating. I hope that Mr LaCour is able to help you and you are in good hands if he does.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!

Jonathan is an excellent attorney! He took my case when my previous lawyer seemed to be botching it! He was capable of fighting my previous employer who was discriminating against me for being pregnant and wrongfully terminated me! Jonathan always picked up my phone calls and answered my questions, e...ven when they were redundant and annoying. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Jonathan's staff and associates were always courteous and prompt. He got me a settlement I could have never envisioned! I recommend Jonathan whole heartedly! He's an excellent lawyer.

Always Available; Helped During a Hard Time

I knew that I was wrongfully terminated because the reason i was told was in violation of the employee handbook. I called Jonathan’s office and he called me back right away. Throughout the entire time we worked together I felt like I had someone fighting hard for me. His entire team was always on top... of my case. I didn’t have to always search for him or call. He was there and we had updates. I highly recommend Employees First Labor Law. We ended up with a result better than i could have expected.

Wrongful termination

My aunt was wrongfully terminated because of her age. She was told several times by management that they wanted younger people for her position. They singled her out and one other older person and fired them. We hired Jonathan and he's handling everything beautifully. I wish I knew more attorneys lik...e him.
