Michael Kipp Mueller

Kipp Mueller protects employee rights pursuant to the Fair Employment and Housing Act, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has also represented employees for violations of the California Labor Code, including but not limited to wage and hour violations and overtime/meal and rest break violations. He also handles personal injury, wrongful death, and cases against public utilities related to injuries and wildfires.

Kipp Mueller graduated Columbia Law School as a multi-year Harlan F. Stone Scholar and contributor to the world's top-ranked human rights legal journal, the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. After working as an extern for the Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Branch in Washington D.C., Kipp Mueller became a law clerk for the Santa Clara District Attorney's Office. Kipp Mueller joined Hilaire McGriff PC, where he practiced employment law, including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law. He is now a partner at Brent & Fiol, LLP.

Kipp Mueller is a board member for the Consumer Attorneys of California, and is a member of the California Employment Law Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also on the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Access to Justice Committee and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
