Best Cease & Desist Letter!
I purchased a house as my wife's real estate agent and the other agent kept hounding me for commission I made. We hired Jonathan for a cease & desist. Best money I ever spent. The other agent wrote an apology letter and never contacted me again!!

Landlord Giving Us Trouble
My business has leased its current warehouse for over 16 years. The landlord sold his interest in the property and the new owner was trying to get us out.
