Workers Compensation Lawyers A+

I hired this law firm for my workers compensation case right before Thanksgiving. The insurance tried to take advantage of me. But trust me these are good workers compensation lawyers. The process was much sooner than we thought. They handled all my paperworks and gave me electronic copies for my rec...ords. They fought hard to get us an MRI. They fought with insurance even when we got a good report and they wanted to fight it. Thank you thank you! Thank you to Ms. Jessica too. I loved working with you.

Successful Re-Negotiator

I hired Mr. LaCour to renegotiate my employment agreement with my current employer. He was available, quick to respond, and his thoroughness was helpful in seeing beyond just the next step. Together we identified 4 principal items and 3 supplement items that we should renegotiate for. We were able to... get all of the principal items, and 2 out of the 3 supplement items when I thought for sure they were going to push back. Jonathan is articulate and smart, and able to convey ideas in a win-win situation for all. His pricing was more than fair and he was worth every penny.

If you’re looking for a compassionate labor lawyer in your time of need, look no further.

I consulted with Jonathan after having a horrible experience at the workplace. Not knowing anything about California labor law, my thoughts were all over the place and my options were not clear. Jonathan keenly scrutinized my situation and discussed with me my options in a succinct and timely manner.... He clearly demonstrated a superior understanding of California labor law and his advice was invaluable to me, eventually contributing to a resolution. Definitely a GOOD Choice

Mr. LaCour is the kind of attorney that would answer a phone call on Sunday at 7pm. After all is said and done I feel like we are friends. He was always there for me and lead me into the right path. His advice was always sage. He knew what would happen before it would happen. I have to have a special... shout out to Mina who was so kind and supportive. Even showed up to delivery my check. Jonathan LaCour was there for me as I went through a lot. We should be able to get emotional distress from unpaid wages. It practically tore my family apart. I put my case in his hands and he delivered. I want to say a special thank you to the staff for always being patient. Thank you again.
