About Jessica
Biography
The Managing and Founding Partner at Consumer Law Experts, PC, Ms. Anvar graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
Ms. Anvar attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles where she obtained both her Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration in 2006. Also, during her time at law school, Ms. Anvar was involved with Loyola’s Center For Conflict Resolution, whereby she became a California Certified Mediator.
While in graduate school, Ms. Anvar participated in the Disability Rights Legal Center, and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in addition to interning with the Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to founding and becoming the Managing Attorney with Consumer Law Experts, PC, Ms. Anvar was a Partner with a plaintiff’s civil litigation law firm. Jessica is also the Co-founder of a California State Bar certified Referral and Information service called LawLinq.
Ms. Anvar was named a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 2019, and a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2021.
Ms. Anvar was admitted to the California State Bar and all of the United States District Courts of California in 2007. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys’ Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Bar Association (ABA), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
Ms. Anvar speaks fluent Farsi and she currently resides in Los Angeles.
