She represents clients in U.S. District Court, California State Court, and administrative agencies, including the Labor Commissioner's office, EEOC, unemployment appeals in CUIAB, and Labor Code 132a Petitions in the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

Mrs. Cohen provides clients with detailed advice and counsel regarding Human Resources concerns and compliance checks, prepares employee handbooks and severance agreements, and conducts sexual harassment prevention training. Â

Mrs. Cohen received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mrs. Cohen was a law clerk at Kabateck Brown Kellner, as well as Khorrami, Pollard & Abir, where she was involved with various class action lawsuits in areas such as wage and hour disputes and products liability.
