Daren Harris Lipinsky

For over two decades, Daren H. Lipinsky has successfully represented employees in all areas of employment litigation, including cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and medical leave issues. His aggressive and dedicated approach to the litigation process and the rights of employees through trial has resulted in numerous successes against some of the nation's largest employers, making him one of the most accomplished employment law attorneys in the Inland Empire.

Mr. Lipinsky has been named every year since 2013 as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America by the prestigious National Trial Lawyers organization. Mr. Lipinsky has also been named as one of the Best Employment Attorneys in California by the LA/SF Daily Journal.  He also has the distinction of being AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Lipinsky has also been honored on multiple occasions by Super Lawyers magazine and U.S. News and World Report's Best Lawyers in the practice area of "Employee Litigation- Plaintiff''s."  For the past 4 years, Mr. Lipinsky was named as "Whistleblower Attorney of the Year- California" by Corporate INTL Magazine.  In November of 2017, Mr. Lipinsky was also recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the "Best Lawyers in Southern California."

Mr. Lipinsky currently serves as President of the Inland Empire chapter of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California and University of La Verne Department of Legal Studies Advisory Board. In addition, Mr. Lipinsky is a member of several bar organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the California Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino Bar Association (Past President), Trial Lawyers Charities (Honorary Member of the Board of Governors), the Consumer Attorney of Los Angeles, and the American Association for Justice.  

Mr. Lipinsky has been featured as a legal commentator on NBC's "Good Morning America".  He is co-author of the Thompson-Reuters book Inside the Minds:  Representing Employees in Sexual Harassment Cases (2012).
