My first contact with this office was with Mr. Aldo Gusman, very professional and well prepared in Lemon Law, My cas was that kind that take time. After few months I was contacted by Mr. Jordan and from that time everything start to move in the right direction. Jordan was very helpful and nice communicated back with me in a timely manner and solved my issue of me almost losing my money on a new jetski I had bough from a dealership. The ski is going to get diagnostic and the problem should be fixed by the manufacture. I had spent so much money trying to find... the problem with the ski at so many dealers but they couldn't find anything and when I would call the Manfacture they would tell me your out of luck. Thanks to Jordan for talking to them and getting me a good will service diagnostics my ski will be running and operating again and I don't have to just throw away the 20k I spent on the ski. I couldn't have had asked for better service from Jordan where no one wanted to take my case because either they said there's no money or profit margin innit for them or they just don't deal with water sport.
