My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate. My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate. As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law ...Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate. The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court. Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate. Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles. Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm. Definitely I can recommend them.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own.
