Let me start by saying that I am a 19 year old Non-US citizen. When I was charged with PC 242 Battery in Hollywood in early 2010 I was absolutely terrified. I had never been through anything like this before and I soon realized that I needed an attorney. In Dec09, my employer accused me of embezzling a few thousand dollars & I was arrested, booked &charged w/a felony. In all of my 30-something years, my biggest run in with the law was a speeding ticket and I had NO IDEA how to handle a FELONY!
