My lawyer Ed H Yun went above and way beyond and back for me lol and my case. Have no clue how this man did it with the mess he was going against but he shut it down and he did what he was hired to do if not that more. To come in wondering who is going to help me with what I was left with and to be r...escued by someone who not only re assured me everything was going to be okay but who took time to care. Edward Yun handled my case with panache, in 2009. And I say this, recalling a number of screaming matches between Mr. Yun and I as he tried to take a difficult client (me) and mold her into a polished plaintiff. My case involved a company that fired me after my boss harassed me for following my phy...sician’s advice to treat my PTSD; and because of his negative views of immigrants of Latino descent. My ex was applying for asylum, I was suffering the symptoms of PTSD and being treated for it. And my boss saw this as an opportunity to retaliate against me and violate my rights in the workplace. The totality of my boss’s behavior and our history with my ex’s immigration case created a complicated case for Mr. Yun. Mr. Yun not only built my case, step by step, with expertise and precision. But he sought out the previous women that my boss had demeaned, showing a pattern of retaliatory behavior. Indeed, he also exposed the line up of corporate witnesses who the company organized to provide a defense for this man. He tore their stories down, one by one, in depositions. Exposing a pattern of deceit and demonstrating a trail of cover up. More than that, Mr. Yun stood by me, when many attorneys probably would have dropped the case, during some rather difficult times for me. He got me what I needed. I still smile when I think about our shouting matches. We are two different people with strong convictions. But the fact is, he was correct in everything he argued with me over. I can’t thank him enough for giving me back the confidence to succeed in life.

During the course of my lawsuit, I became ill with cancer. Ed kept me informed and helped me make decisions that made sense to me and definitely reflected my desires. He worked diligently to ensure that the outcome was positive without adding to the stress I was experiencing health-wise. At the be...ginning of the case, I discussed with him the outcome I considered fair and he moved in that direction, fighting valiantly to achieve that goal. He did not bother me with minor details but made informed decisions that moved the case forward.
