My penal code was Petty theft 484(a). It's a misdemeanour. It's terribly bad situation for an immigrant when applying for citizenship. I was completely desparate. Mr Kraut held my hand from the beginning to the end of the process. He supported the best way. He fought hard for my chance and alw...ays got in touch with me about each detail. He managed to dismiss my case in the end. I am very happy and grateful that I have the chance to justify his trust in me. I DO RECOMMEND his professional support to everyone who is in trouble.

I was facing deportation because of two misdemeanor. He filed a motion to vacate for the second one, and changed the court decision four years after the case had been closed. My immigration court for removal was last week and I got back my green card, just because of him. I consulted more than 10 dif...ferent lawyers before Michael Kraut, all of them told me I have no chance or very little chance to win the motion. Michael Kraut was expensive for me, but it worth every penny. I was so lucky to find him in Avvo. I called him based on the Avvo reviews, so I am writing this review to help someone else.

I had been arrested and wrongly charged with a felony. It was the scariest position I have ever been in my whole life. My entire career was at stake plus my ability to stay in the United States was in the balance. Through the actions of another person my whole future was at stake. I had no one to hel...p as I was completely alone. I knew I had to seek legal help to resolve my situation. I hadn’t had anything to eat for days and was suffering from panic attacks and severe anxiety. In short I was a total wreck. I went online and in desperation booked an appointment with an attorney who I thought I could help. I sat in front of an adviser (not an actual attorney) I handed over a retainer and received quite possibly the worst advice I could ever had got for my money. The advice I received was so potentially damaging that the outlook of my situation was very grim. All hope was lost until I decided to look out there for help. Mike stopped all my fears and anxiety in their tracks. He talked me through my case and I immediately hired him. I knew I was in good hands, leagues ahead of the last attorney in every way! Just a total different class! Mike is extremely well connected and knows everyone. He even made a few calls while I was sat there to help resolve my case! Mike worked on my case instantly and was always available every call, every email it’s unbelievable. I even recently got in a situation where someone was trying to break into my house (linked to the case) and Mike answer my call late at night as it was an emergency. Gave me excellent advice AND checked up on me the following next few nights! Words cannot express how grateful I was! Mike recently defended me in court and I have to say I haven’t seen anything like it in my life! This man is truly at the top of his game. From the moment he walked into court he controls the room and usually knows everyone in there! He kept me calm directed me through the process and won the case despite the odds being severely out of our favor. I was truly stunned! My advice is to hire this man! Do not hesitate. Look no further and DO NOT WASTE MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! He is the best in his game and I am first witness to this. He has truly saved my life and gave me the future back that was almost ripped away from me. He goes absolutely above and beyond where he needs to and it is a pleasure to know him. I will say again do not hesitate, look no further and hire him! That is the best advice I could ever give another person in a traumatic potentially life changing situation.
