Michael Eric Kraut

I was in a very sticky situation. 3rd DUI, where I rear-ended someone on the freeway driving my fathers car and caused two separate cars to wreck due to my initial crash. The law offices are very responsive but if you are looking for an attorney that is super sympathetic then you may be a little dismayed, however... that isn't why I hired The Kraut Law Group. With a 3rd DUI, you'd normally spend about 60-180 days in jail because it's mandatory, by the grace of God and the Kraut Law Group - I only spent a day in jail. Yes, I still have to do an 18 month DUI program, have a breathalyzer, have a restricted license and owe court fees...but those are privileges that I am able to partake in, considering I could have been dead or still in jail. A 3rd DUI caused me to take a hard look at myself and where my life was heading but I cannot be thankful enough for The Kraut Law Group for making this traumatic life event much easier than it would have been had I not given them a ring.

A had been identified as the driver in hit and run complaint. The detective assigned to the case interviewed me over the phone. I knew it was a false complaint, but I didn't seem get that across during the interview. I contacted attorney Kraut two days after the interview. When I received my second DUI in California, I thought my life was over. At the time, things were going great for me within my career, and I was certain this incident would destroy everything I worked so hard to achieve. The night of my DUI, I was out drinking with colleagues at a local Los Angeles b...ar. Like so many times before, I thought that I would be ok to drive after several drinks. I left my work buddies at about mid-night; very drunk, got into my car and headed home. I made it about 2 miles before I had fallen asleep at the wheel doing over 70 miles per hour, and crashed my vehicle on 101 freeway in Los Angeles into the right lane guardrail. This result is great for a first time offense, let alone a second offense with a car accident where the vehicle was totaled. I have to say, I was very nervous about everything up until today, but now I am very confident in referring Michael Kraut to anyone going through anything like I did. He will get you the results you need to keep a normal life.
