I am writing this review just as I received my Greencard in the mail today and it's all thanks to David and his team. It was a long 5-year wait riddled with ups and downs, hoops and slopes but David was there for us every step of the way. Even though David and I never met in person and just communica...ted electronically and telephonically (I am based in Chicago), I was always comfortable and confident with what he tells me. He tells the situation to you straight and honest with no false pretenses but with a reassuring disposition that if we do things right, then we will not have a problem. I first hired David back in 2017 when unforeseen circumstances in my home country necessitated that I seek asylum in the US after my J1 visa expired. His office helped me with submitting the asylum application, applying for my first EAD card and subsequent renewal and when I found the person I was meant to be with and gotten married, David helped us process everything so that my husband and I can stay together in the US. In 6 months, we received the notice of interview. While David was unable to go with us in person during the interview (due to COVID travel restrictions and risk) he was there with us by phone (He was on standby by his phone at 6 am!!! -- that's dedication and support). IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS TO RATE DAVID, I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD!!. Hats off as well to David's staff Jojo Rodis, Bony, Jennifer, and Rini who all assisted me with my questions, concerns, and whatnot, from questions about asylum application, work permit, application via marriage, etc. If you are looking for an honest, superb lawyer who not only knows what he's doing but excels at it; and whose practice is founded on true compassion and willingness to help, then look no further, Atty. David Haghighi and his team are all that you need for your immigration concerns!

Thank you, David and your team (especially Rini) for making it happen. Finally, this is a moment of glory, and I would like to write a review for you. I came to David with 4 years of experience dealing with various lawyers; my case was very simple at the beginning, but because my previous lawyers did... not know what they were doing, my case become complex to the point of removal. My previous lawyer screwed up many times, but the biggest issue was failing to explain the consequences of losing my status, which I did not even realize I was losing when I could easily maintain it. I interviewed a lot of other lawyers but decided to go with David. He was the only one to understand my case and had a plan on how to proceed and fix it. When I was in court, David stroke me as a professional. I could see his expertise in this field. Sometimes when I was in a court, I had empathy for immigrants hiring those “kids” or scam lawyers where they did not even know how to talk to the judge. Also, I want to thank David for the support, at the moment when I was losing my hope, and could not travel home for my fathers’ funeral, David stood up with all his condolences and made me believe I could make it through. Look, lawyers are not magicians. If you have a bad case you maybe just go home. But if you have a complex case, or it may be just a simple case as once it was mine, and you need a lawyer that would not miss an important detail, date, lawyer that could explain you all the nuances of your case, who has experience in courts talking to a judge, and expertise in all complexity of immigration system, David would be the one.

Where do I begin! I am a Permanent Resident With a green card! I was having issues with my case and with my 2 previous Attorneys I was referred to by my personal family attorney, 1. Attorney said my case was to complicated and could not be done! 2nd Attorney all he talked about was MONEY and how ...much can I afford, Not to mention Every time we would meet to go over my case, everything led to WHEN YOU GET DEPORTED, I will fight to get you back IN... You have to many convictions you are not a good citizen! Those words came out of BOTH ATTORNEYS!! I decided to contacted other attorneys and mentioned my situation and case on hand, They all stated that, IT COULD NOT BE DONE!! That is when I contacted MR. He met with me the very next day and explained to me what we would need to do in order to clear up some of my convictions and attack this case head on. I was so impressed and overwhelmed on how smart and professional Mr. Haghighi was, Keep in mind I had a court 1 week from the date I met Mr. Haghighi. He went out of his way to get the items that were needed to get my case heard that day and get a continuance for a later date! After 4 yrs, and tons of work that was put into my case and several court continuances, we finally got our court date on Nov, 7th 2019 at 1pm. After 3 hrs 17 min in court we came out, VICTORIOUS.... We WON our case. When 6 different Attorneys said, IT COULD NOT BE DONE! Mr. Haghighi DID IT!!!! Words can't explain how grateful, Thankful, And most of all how blessed we are to have met MR. I heard positive words about David from a friend of mine. I was hesitant to hire him at first because I don't live in LA and thought there would be miscommunication issues, but I took the risk nevertheless and I am glad I did. He is truly the best out there and here's why... At my first consultati...on, he elaborately explained the whole asylum process, patiently listened to my case, and took key notes. I applied for asylum and came to David in June 2018, and I was granted the asylum status in October 2019. It's truly a miracle to be granted this fast and I know one of the reasons is because I picked the right attorney to represent me. I am now able to stay, work, and build my future in the US because of his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
