The most dedicated family - law attorney there is .... and the only name I will refer to potential clients

Kathy is an extremely hard working professional who was referred to me by someone outside of the jurisdiction of my case . I was impressed by her honesty with realistic assessments of potential outcomes in my divorce and her ability to respond timely while other attorneys I have worked with had let me down in these areas . Kathy gave so much of her time to my case which is extremely complex . She is a one of a kind . She always kept me informed of important developments in my case as did her excellent paralegal Janet . Kathryn 's experience , compassion and no nonsense attitude while providing necessary emotional support is what is needed in some complex cases such as mine ......but rarely found in attorneys . I think there is no more caring , genuine attorney to deal with when going through the difficult process of divorce ; especially when custody and domestic abuse are involved .

The Best

Kathy was my lawyer in my first divorce in 1994. She has always be a solid and dependable person and lawyer, always been very responsive for any question or concern and very steady with her handling of any and all court related matters. That is way I have her as my lawyer for my second and final divorce. I will always refer her to anyone who could use her great skill as a lawyer. Divorce is never easy but Kathy makes it easier to deal with it. Steve S.

The best lawyer ever

Kathy helped with a long drawn, contentious divorce. She was tough but fair, compassionate and always presented the pros and cons in any given situation, allowing and guiding me in making the right decision. She was able to resolve all the problems and get me divorced in a timely manner. Thank you for everything you have done.

Ms.

I was freaked out by my ex for the custody and child support. Ms. Hilbush calmed me down and explained what was bs and what was not. We went to court and was he shocked when he lost. I would recommend her to anyone who is scared like I was.

Professional, I have recomended Kathryn Hilbush and will recomend again

I hired Kathryn Hilbush as my divorce attorney, and I lucked out by doing this! My life had been turned upside down by a force to be reckoned with, my now ex-wife, I kid you not, I never had contact with my local police, courts, townships and a whole lot of people I never knew existed, until my divorce. Kathryn Hilbush was professional and guided while helping me through the courts and all the insanity that I was going through with my now ex-wife. If I had to specific, professional !

Very helpful advice

I have a Spanish friend who got into a situation that could have resulted in his arrest for trespassing. Kathryn provided me some excellent advice on how to handle this matter. It was very helpful and I really appreciated her sympathy for his situation. I highly recommend her for personal and family matters.

Wonderful and supportive guide

Kathryn walked me through a complicated process as a young women and encouraged me to protect myself (even though I didn't always recognize the need). She helped me see through the guilt and make the best possible decisions for myself and my future. I got great advice and am extremely happy with my decision to work with her on this huge life decision.

Knowledgeable and Compassionate

While Ms. Hilbush is not my lawyer, solely based on proximity, or lack thereof, she has been a wealth of information, inspiration, and knowledge on, this, a free site. If you are in the Media, PA area and you need a lawyer I recommend you contact Ms. Hilbush. While I do not know her personally she has answered all my questions and inquiries as if we had known one another for years. She shows compassion and concern for people that she has not vested interested in, so imagine what she can do for you if your case were in her hands.

Wonderful!

Kathy is great! After a not so great experience with another attorney, I turned to Kathy. What a difference the right attorney makes! Once the ball was rolling I had primary custody of my daughter and (even better then I hoped for) visitation guidelines in place with her father in no time. Kathy is very personable and will make you smile through this whole not so fun process.

A lawyer who truly cares

Kathy is the real deal. She's supportive, honest, and she genuinely cared about helping me achieve positive results in my divorce. She stood her ground during some really difficult negotiations regarding the marriage property. She also worked hard to help establish a child custody arrangement that was best for everyone, especially my children. Kathy is the only lawyer whose name I would ever pass along to someone who was going through or potentially going to go through a divorce in PA.
