Fantastic Results!!
Mandy is an amazing attorney and as well as her paralegal Kristine! She helped a single father with joint custody secure primary custody in a very delicate, heart wrenching case that was over a 9month period of court hearings and ending in an evidentiary hearing. She made it affordable and had very r...

A Winner!
My case was contested custody, the parents of my ex have all the money to spend in his behalf and I don't. I went to different lawyers that won't listen to my drama and I was desperate to win my kids because I know my ex cannot take care of them. My savings was getting low. I saw Mandy here and knew ...

Over charges and drops the ball
This attorney will always be late for your filings, over charge your account with frivolous charges where her mother (office Manager) picks up some income and is incapable of difficult cases. If your looking for a someone to handle a contested difficult case...keep looking at the larger firms as this...
Litigation is not a poor man's sport. If you cannot make an attempt to pay your bill or set up a small monthly payment this is what will happen. That said, if you really cannot afford counsel, the local Pro Bono provider is the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, which can be called at 702-386-1070 (or see their information on the web at http://www.lacsn.org/option,com_jcalpro/Itemid,3/extmode,view/extid,15/). Those that take pro bono cases take them after they have been screened, and assigned, by Legal Aid. The Reduced Fee Panel sponsored by the State Bar can be reached at 702-382-2200. Additionally, there are free consultations offered on Thursdays at the self-help center; volunteer attorneys provide 15-minute consultations, for free, on family law questions. For those that wish to attempt self-representation, forms are available at the Clark County self-help center website, at http://www.clarkcountycourts.us/shc/Supporting%20Documents/self_help_supportingdocs.html. This Firm does not have late filings and rates and fees are competitive. All fees and rates are disclosed. The more difficult and contested the case becomes , the fees and rates will rise accordingly. This is standard for the Legal Industry. Whether the Firm is Large or Small the expectation of maintaining funds in your Trust account and or Retainer account will be expected.
"I've known Mandy for several years now. She worked for two of the biggest names in family law in Nevada before opening her own practice. She's a family law MASTER and had been doing family law almost exclusively for years! She really knows her stuff. If I got divorced, I'd call her--that's how much I'd trust her."
"Mandy McKellar is a zealous advocate, and exceptional attorney. She works hard for her client's and provides superior service. I highly recommend Ms. McKellar."
"Mandy is a superb family law attorney. I have not had the pleasure to have her as an opposing counsel yet, but she served as a divorce mediator in one of my high dollar cases. She was able to get the case settled, and each party was satisfied with the results."
"Mandy is a fantastic Family law attorney. She works hard for her clients and does a great job. She is also trustworthy and very ethical. Therefore, I endorse her."
"Mandy is an extremely good lawyer. She gets straight to the heart of any issue, seems to always has the legal knowledge to give an extremely intelligent answer to almost any legal question in family law, and she is a fierce advocate for her clients in the courtroom."
"Mandy has been one of my go-to people for family law issues for years. Confident and experienced, she does not waste time with issues that will not advance your case - many people worry about getting a lawyer more interested in billing them for as much money as possible rather than completing a case. You can trust that Mandy will get your case done."
"I endorse this lawyer. Ms. McKellar opposed me in a family law matter some months ago and I could not assail her logic with respect to her client's position. In a word, she is reasonable and therefore a winning advocate for her clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mandy possesses all of the attributes of a great family law attorney. She is honest, knowledgable, and tough. She represents her clients zealously, works hard to settle cases when possible, and is a formidable opponent when litigation is necessary."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mandy is an extremely bright, capable, and caring lawyer who thinks outside the box to achieve the best possible results for her clients. She is always well prepared to handle difficult situations and approaches them in a very diplomatic way. She is among a very small elite group of lawyers whom I would recommend to my own family members if they needed legal assistance."
