I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with Willick Law Group. I retained their services on May 7, 2024, and I feel compelled to share my experiences since paying a retainer of $7,500.00, which I was told I would need to replenish anytime they completed a task that moved my case forwa...
This client is confusing our firm’s inactivity with the Social Security Office’s bureaucracy. The federal government often takes several weeks, months, and even years to provide answers to our questions. We have been waiting on a request we made back in September, with a direct follow-up in March, and cannot provide our client with updates that we do not have. We have provided him updates every step of the way and cannot control how slowly the government works.

Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I had a huge hiccup with my previous one, and let's just say they really dropped the ball. I was actually refereed to Willicks office from my aunt that lives in Chica...

I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law. The issues were very complex and Marshal provided excellent service and work product. We had a short deadline, and Marshal worked on the weekend to get the o...

I contacted Willick Law Group during a highly contentious divorce after a previous lawyer failed to show up for a prove up hearing. During that hearing, my ex wife was awarded the house, my business, and full custody of our child with relocation, and $5000 a month in support! Thankfully, Lorien Col...
"Attorney Willick is a fount of knowledge & always happy to help others for the betterment of the legal community as a whole."
"Mr. Willick is always willing to assist colleagues with questions in all areas of family law. Marshal is an excellent attorney and a great advocate for his clients."
"Mr. Willick is a preeminent family law attorney here in Las Vegas. His family law articles and publications have been an invaluable resource for me in my own career."
"I endorse this lawyer. Marshal has a heart of a teacher and his wealth of knowledge in the family law area is superior. He is a very caring colleague and I highly recommend him."
"Mr. Willick is well versed in many complex areas of family law. Moreover, he is willing to help his legal community grow and make our area of practice better, more efficient, and accessible."
"I endorse Marshal Willick, he is a sharp, industrious attorney who knows how to get things done. Retaining him to assist you would be a smart move."
"Mr. Willick is an extremely competent attorney and someone I would recommend to anyone looking for superior representation."
"Marshal is legendary in Nevada family courts. The lawyer's divorce lawyer. He writes parts of the family law manuals, including being the leading expert on military pensions and divorce. He even has his own software. But he also is a generous mentor and is the guru to approach for those inevitable "what do we do when this happens?!" situations."
"Marshal is the expert's expert on several of the areas I work with frequently, including military, international, and federal-employee divorces."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Willick is an expert at family law and pretty much wrote the manual that I refer to often. However, he impressed me when I left him an after hours message on his machine seeking legal advice on an arcane issue--he called me on a Saturday morning at home (he didn't know it was my home number I had left) and was willing to discuss the issue until I had full comprehension."
"Marshall Willick is one of the most knowledge family lawyers in the country -- especially in matters involving military family law issues, jurisdiction, pension division, and many other complex family law issues. I heartily endorse Marshall Willick."
