PHENOMENAL
Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I had a huge hiccup with my previous one, and let's just say they really dropped the ball. I was actually refereed to Willicks office from my aunt that lives in Chicago from her lawyer. I had a consultation with them and I already felt 100xs better just by explaining my situation. If you want a lawyer that will definitely have your back and is willingbto bat for you Willick is the way! I could not be more pleased on how the outcome came out! Thank you again to all Willick and employees.

Amazing Attorney and Law Firm
Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life. Further, I found the Willick Firm to be very compassionate. I felt they cared about my case and they were very mindful of their billing, without compromising quality. I only began to sleep well, once they took over and I knew my case was in the hands of some of the best legal minds in the country. I highly recommend Marshal and the Willick Firm.

Excellent service!
I am an immigration attorney in Sacramento, California and needed a legal opinion letter from an attorney in Nevada specializing in family law. The issues were very complex and Marshal provided excellent service and work product. We had a short deadline, and Marshal worked on the weekend to get the opinion letter completed. He even went above and beyond and completed additional research outside the scope of services in order to help my client. I was very impressed working with Marshal and his staff and highly recommend their office.

The best there is
I contacted Willick Law Group during a highly contentious divorce after a previous lawyer failed to show up for a prove up hearing. During that hearing, my ex wife was awarded the house, my business, and full custody of our child with relocation, and $5000 a month in support! Thankfully, Lorien Cole and Marshal Willick agreed to take my case. They battled back from a seemingly hopeless situation and saved my business, my relationship with my son, and probably my life. Most people don't say this about their lawyers, but I love Marshal and Lorien, and everyone at Willick Law Group!

NPERS case
Marshall called me back on Saturday after I left a message to inquire about retaining him for my case. His firm didn't nickel and dime me on everything and were very responsive to my concerns. If you need an attorney for a NPERS case they are the right ones to pick.

Respected legal scholar, teacher
I highly recommend Marshal Willick as a family law attorney. I consulted with Marshal after my previous lawyer had made an epic disaster of my case. Marshal and his staff were able to quickly organize and realign my case toward a resolution, running the gamut from division of military benefits to child custody resolution. I always received prompt response from his incredibly helpful staff when I had questions or issues arose; Brenda never disappoints from her desk at the front office, and my assigned paralegal Tisha was simply worth her weight in gold! Marshal has the heart of a teacher, beginning with pre-consultation homework, where his website and published works constitute a treasure trove of information; he encourages study and participation in the process and decision making. The staff was always mindful of my time and my money; if a task could be handled with Tricia, or on my own, then the low-cost option was always given. Marshal prioritizes readiness for court, and sets reasonable expectations drawn from considerable experience. In the courtroom, Marshal's presence is unmistakably respected; he speaks softly, clearly, and precisely. Overall, Marshal's guidance of my case, through the most stressful times, was solid and reassuring.

Best divorce attorney, period!!
Marshal was in a word, sensational. After a previous attorney had done basically nothing for a year and left me feeling like I was getting destroyed, I hired Marshal and he was superlative in every way. He was always straight forward with me, took time to explain things, and made me feel like he cared. He worked, hard and really new his stuff at every turn. In the end, everything happened just the way he had said it would and I couldn't have been happier with the results. My only regret is not going to him from the get go. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. Thanks again Marshal, and your entire staff!!

The very best!
I faced a very determined, ethically-challenged adversary in my ex-husband when I petitioned the court to relocate back to my home state with my kids. Thankfully, the Willick Law Group dream team of Marshall Willick and Trevor Creel (with superb support from Mary Steele) expertly represented me and repelled every effort by the opposition, including the opposition's very technical and ugly rouse involving a so-called mental health professional. The professionalism of this firm was impeccable, and despite their elite legal prowess all team members were a delight to interact with, always making time to respond to my emails, and thoroughly. My case was complex and required both attorneys, and every day in court I felt confident that I had the absolute very best representation. In the end we prevailed, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Rate service of Willick Law Firm
Very professional law group. Mr Willick is well-versed on military divorce law and defended my late husbands Trust in Court and end results of the case filed by his former spouse in connection with a Survivor's Benefit claim had no validity.

Excellent attorney with a very responsive staff
Marshal Willick is an excellent attorney with an extensive knowledge of family law. Mr. Willick is an expert on issues related to international custody disputes. If you are facing a divorce and your spouse is a citizen of a foreign country Mr. Willick is the attorney for you. In Nevada there seems to a trend for lawyers to advise their client to flee the jurisdiction if they are a foreign citizen. Mr. Willick is one of the very few attorneys in Nevada that can help you with a 125(D) Abduction Prevention order to keep your child in Nevada until a final custody determination is made. Unfortunately judges typically give the benefit of the doubt to parents and a joint preliminary injunction is insufficient to keep a child in the US. If your child has foreign citizenship the foreign citizen parent will be able to take your child out of the US even if they are also US citizens. Only a 125(D) Abduction Prevention order that transfers the physical custody of the child to the US citizen parent can prevent the international parental child abduction and Marshal Willick is the lawyer you will need to have to get this order in Nevada. Marshal Willick was able to cut through all of the false claims made by the opposing counsel and to clearly spell out Nevada law regarding jurisdiction, custody, and property division. I only wished I had found him first as it would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars of legal fees, prevented an international parent child kidnapping, and months of heartache as I have been cruelly separated from my daughter. Other lawyers will say anything and file anything in an attempt to cause conflict and increase their fees. Mr. Willick was very professional and straight forward. His professionalism immediately reduced the conflict in court and neutralize the false statements and multiple errors in law and fact made by the opposing counsel. It is amazing what lawyers will file and state in court without shame or fear of consequences. You need a lawyer like Marshal Willick who tell you straight forward what you can file and what the law is so that you can avoid a costly legal case. Marshal Willick was able to resolve my case and to defend the decision at the Nevada Supreme Court. He is an excellent trial and appellate attorney. And Marhsal's staff is excellent and very responsive. I was always able to get answers from the paralegals and staff handling my case via email and phone.

"Amazingly brilliant work, and dedication, by Marshal and his team"!
After years of difficulties in regards to the custody and child support of my daughter, I finally have my life back, and more importantly my little girl is home, "safe and sound". Many thanks go to Marshal, Trevor, Tisha, and Faith, for all the long hours, and dedication to my case. My family and friends thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, and yes indeed as I was told before retaining the Willick Law Group, "Marshal is the best of the best, with the highest of integrity, and law knowledge beyond comprehension"!

A team you can trust its integrity and experience
Willick law group team truly worked hard to settle my case with the "other party"in order to save me money instead of dragging the case to make money (and it was a fact I noticed as a client) ...unfortunately" the other part" chose to take the case for further litigations ...outcome was very satisfying and positive .

Federal Office of Personnel Management
Dear Deisy Martinez, I am writing heartfelt thanks to you and the rest of the staff at Willick who helped me wade through the Federal Gov't morass of do's and don't do's. Late last week I received word that I was granted Spouse Equity by the feds at OPM. This is a tremendous relief to me. I am a currently healthy cancer survivor, but because of breast cancer discovered that I was pretty much uninsurable any other way. The thrift savings plan was divided, the pension was divided, and the opportunity to pay my premiums and keep my health insurance permanently came through as well. My negotiations with the office of Personnel Management took more than a year. Thank you very much for providing personal assistance when I was frustrated beyond belief in my attempts to communicate with OPM. Thank you, too, for communicating accurately with my divorce lawyer and explaining the very precise wording required on the divorce decree in order for me to qualify.

Great job, Willick Group - we couldn't have done it without you!
Our case was tricky. My husband and I were trying to get permission from my daughter's father to go sailing full-time, assuring him his visitation would not be affected. My daughter's father came back with papers to not only not give us permission to go, but stating he now wanted custody of her after 7 years of me having primary custody. Marshal and his team (Richard and Mary) were very thorough in their research, were always on top of things and kept lines of communication open with us. Marshal's knowledge of the law, tact demeanor and eloquence got us exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much!

The team was easy to work with, they have their systems down, they are fair and trustworthy, do not over charge you and try to stick in little fees. MOST IMPORTANTLY: They got the job done!

Post Divorce Division of Omitted Assets
I divorced 7 years ago and did not realize until last year that my ex-husband's SPPCO retirement was not mentioned in our divorce. I was reluctant to hire an attorney after that length of time so I researched omitted assets and found that Marshal Willick is the foremost authority in the State of Nevada on this topic; no other attorney comes close. After reviewing my case with Mr. Willick I was confident of a favorable outcome; so I retained him. In only a matter of several months Mr. Willick was able to secure a QDRO; that assigned the omitted retirement benefits to me without the need of going to Court. The entire process went faster and cost less than I had anticipated. While it was not cheap; it was money well invested. The entire experience was far less stressful than I assumed it would be as well. I highly recommend the Willick Law Firm.
