Biography
Mrs. McKellar graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2006. After graduation she was an intern for the Honorable Nancy Oesterle in Las Vegas Justice Court Department 6. Soon after completing her internship for the Judge, Mrs. McKellar devoted her entire practice exclusively to the area of Family Law by accepting a position at Willick Law Group, where she remained until 2009. After ending her employ at The Willick Law Group, Mrs. McKellar accepted a position at The Dickerson Law Group again practicing in exclusively the area of Family Law, until finally starting her own practice, the Law Offices of Mandy J. Mckellar. Mrs. McKellar is also a recent member of the State Bar of Nevada Ethics committee.
Mrs. McKellar’s published works include,” Love me, Love my dog: Divorce Litigation and the Family Pet.” Nevada Lawyer, September 2008, Volume 16, Issue 9, and “Rivero…The New and Improved Opinion.” Communiqué, February 2010, Volume 31, No. 2.
