I couldn’t be more Grateful

I came to James in desperation after my marriage of 6 years took a turn for the worst. James’s team quickly set me up a consultation, even getting back to me when I was too busy with work to call back. When I met with him his polite and professional demeanor was refreshing and re-assuring. In 30 minu...tes he provided me with options, various outcomes and assured me he would work hard to get the job done to the best of his ability. Following my consultation I was provided material which clearly stated what was expected of me and what to accomplish along with a break down of my financial responsibilities. A draft was authored for my review and I was allowed to add and question anything I wanted to add or felt uncertain of. The most important part of this was James was incredibly courteous to my now ex-wife even though he represented myself, he never made her feel slighted or disrespected. The professional and timely manor of how everything was handled put her at is and made our process nearly stress free. My-ex and signed after review and he understood our wants and needs to place our child first. We had no argument or last minute changes. Our process is now done, and I never had to live the nightmare I hear about when it comes to custody or divorce. I say that understanding every case is different, but the Claflin’s made this process quick and easy for me. Lastly, thank you to Katherine Claflin for being so courteous and polite. I was terrified to call and get the process started but when I did she quickly put me at ease. She also made sure I understood and explained anything I needed to do during the process. To anyone who reads this, I’m a real person who lives here in Vegas. I now know I have a whole life and future ahead of me and the hardest part is behind me. Thank you!

I am very thankful that I chose James!

James is a great attorney and very attentive details! Willing to go the extra mile to fight for you while still being fair. I had an extensive case but he was very communicative and allowed me to throughly understand all the complexities of the case I was dealing with. It was my first time ever bein...g in this situation and dealing with a type of case that I had so I am happy that I chose James to represent me!

The best!!

Hi Ms Katherine. I'd like to leave a review in Avvo but it's giving me error. First of all, I thank God for guiding me in finding you. I will be forever grateful to Atty James and Katherine for the exceptional service they have provided. They are very thorough, very compassionate and won’t give y...ou premature hopes. They first gathered info, and explained to me what really is going on. It actually released my stress because I know somebody listened and actually understood my complicated explanation. They kept in touch and on the day of the hearing, when I saw Atty James who looked like a hero to me showed up full of confidence and authority, I knew God is with me.
