About Kyle
Biography
Attorney Kyle R. Tatum chose a career practicing law due to his close ties to the Hispanic community and his awareness at the disservice and injustice that was taking place to the immigrant population in the United States. Kyle wanted to make sure that citizens and non-citizens alike were treated with fairness and respect in the workplace and given an opportunity to see the best of what our country has to offer.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS AND ORGANIZATIONSKyle is affiliated and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and has been a Troop Leader for both English and Spanish scout troops in two states since 2007. Kyle currently volunteers as a merit badge counselor and accompanies troops as needed on activities.
Kyle is a Member of the Latino Bar Association.

ACCOLADES AND AWARDSKyle was awarded scholarships for academic achievement throughout his law school career.
During law school he was accepted into various limited entry programs that focused on international law. Kyle participated in an international business law program which focused on trade in the European Union and international litigation in the summer of 2011 in Rome, Italy.
In the summer of 2012, Kyle completed another international law program in Guanajuato Mexico which focused on international trade agreements, the Hague convention, and international contract law. Upon completion of the program he applied for and was accepted to an internship with the President of the State Supreme Court of Guanajuato. While there he assisted both judges and attorneys with an understanding of American criminal procedure while they transferred their criminal trial process from a written brief, to oral trial process, similar to US criminal procedure.
During his final year of law school Kyle was accepted into a competitive internship with the Honorable Judge D. Price Marshall of the Eighth Circuit District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
Kyle also won an award for best oral argument in his trial advocacy class.

Upfront, honest, helpful
I just went in for a traffic ticket, Mr. Tatum spoke with me briefly, and told me exactly what he was able to do. I was satisfied with his clear responses, and I got exactly what he promised. I'll go back for other traffic tickets and other legal needs.

Good guy, good lawyer
Kyle helped me get my records sealed. It was a fairly quick process and he did it at a reasonable price. I've done a speeding ticket with him too. Great overall experience.
