Reagen Kulseth is an experienced trial attorney in both criminal and family law. Currently, Reagen limits her practice to family law matters such as divorce, mediation, legal separation, paternity, child custody, and child support.
Reagen received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Smith College in Massachusetts. She then continued on to the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was a member of the college's prestigious Arizona Law Review. She is admitted to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts.
Reagen was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney's Office in Tucson, Arizona for 12 years where she gained extensive litigation and management experience. While serving as a state's attorney, she handled a wide variety of cases, including those involving violent crimes, gangs, vehicular offenses, drug possessions and sales, homicides, and felony domestic violence.
Reagen left public service in 2005 to open her own practice and has focused on family law cases ever since. In addition to her litigation experience, Reagen has considerable experience with dispute resolution and mediation. Typically, mediation allows parties to resolve their disputes in less time, with less stress, less conflict, and at a lower cost than litigation based approaches.
Whether you are looking for an Arizona family law lawyer for child custody, mediation, or divorce, attorney Reagen Kulseth provides her clients with superior representation and support. Contact the Law Office of Reagen Kulseth at.

Experienced Legal Team with Integrity
Reagen Kulseth and her team are extremely professional. Their knowledge of law and the legal system gave me a distinct advantage in my divorce. I was served my divorce petition and had a conversation with Ms Kulseth’s office the following day. The same day, Reagan made prompt arrangements to meet ...

Rude, unprofessional, dishonest -- do not hire!
Ms. Kulseth seems to be most concerned about making money for herself than she is about practicing law. She repeatedly ignores statutes and family law rules in Pima County-adding to the cost for everyone - and the paycheck for her. She is very VERY rude and unprofessional. She doesn't work well with ...
June 27, 2015: I just discovered I have a profile on AVVO (yea!), which led me to this negative review (Ack!), hence my two year delay in responding to the complaint. I will tackle the comments one at a time. [1] Understanding that lawyers rank below used car salesman in terms of public opinion re: trustworthiness, I state unequivocally that I am not dishonest. Keeping in mind that I have no idea who this client is, I can only generally state that I am not perfect and can certainly misunderstand something, but I do not knowingly misrepresent a fact to either a client or an opposing party. [2] If I did "repeatedly ignore" the statutes and the rules of family law procedure, I doubt I would have been invited to be interviewed for the position of Commissioner of the Pima County Superior Court as I was in 2015. I'm also fairly certain I would have been disbarred by the Arizona State Bar years ago. [3] I'm not sure anyone would believe a lawyer who says (s)he isn't in it for the money, but I'm not. If I were, I'd drive a better car that had rear air conditioning for my dogs who come to the office with me each day. They do like to travel in style! [4] As for being rude, I guess that's open to interpretation. I am very direct and forthright. It doesn't do the client any good for me to wreath his case in flowers if it stinks. We have to deal with the facts as they are and then apply the law to those facts just like a judge will. [5] I work hard to return all phone calls and/or emails within the same day and certainly within 24 hours. If I am in court though, it's not always possible. On those days, I will give my staff the information and have them contact the client in my stead. Clients are copied on all documents I file or that we receive from the other party. [6] I send every document I intend to file to the client to review with very rare exception. For example, if a client gives me his answers to interrogatories, I will file them without giving them back to the client to reapprove. [7] If I make a mistake, I admit it and fix it. I don't "make things up" to save myself embarrassment. I'm also a fiend about being prepared. This doesn't mean I don't make mistakes. I'm human. [8] That's not my hourly rate. [9] It is possible I'll give you a headache. [10] I will never tell you what you want to hear unless it's my honest opinion. - Reagen Kulseth
"I endorse this lawyer. Reagen Kulseth is one of the finest family law attorneys in the Tucson metropolitan area, if not in the entire State of Arizona. She has my whole-hearted support to become a Family Law Judge or Commissioner if she wants it and, believe me, she deserves it! She's that good!"
"Reagen and I had a complicated divorce case together in which I was called in at the last minute. Reagen always treated me and my client with the highest level of professional courtesy. I in part because of that we were able to settle the case fairly."
"I am so pleased to see Reagen Kulseth practicing family law! I first met her when she was heading up a non-profit animal rescue group in Tucson, and I was also heavily involved in animal welfare needs and issues. She is a very professional and principled individual and, while we haven't come in contact as opposing counsel yet since we live and work in different counties (I'm in Maricopa, she's in Pima), I can guarantee she is the type of lawyer who will do everything she can to vigorously advocate for clients and their families. I would recommend her legal services without reservation."
"I endorse Reagen. She and I just resolved a very complicated divorce and I believe both clients were equally satisfied."
"highly endorse Mrs. Kulseth. Truly exceptional and caring attorney who produces great results in representing clients! I want all people with legal problems to contact her first."
"I have read many of Ms. Kulseth's answers and have found them to be consistently accurate and helpful to Avvo Askers. These are important qualities to look for in a lawyer."
"Ms. Kulseth has consistently demonstrated superlative knowledge of family law and would be an asset to anyone who needed a family lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. I refer friends and family to Regen Kulseth because I have observed her dedication and knowledge. I strongly recommend Reagen if you desire highly skilled representation."
"Reagen is a fantastic advocate and great mentor to her peers. She is ethical and an upstanding member of the Arizona Bar and the Pima County Bar. I endorse her and highly recommend her skilled services and expertise."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Kulseth is well respected in her city. If someone contacted me about a Family Law matter in Tucson I would not hesitate to refer them to Attorney Kulseth."
"Reagan is a thoughtful advocate who has clearly shown a fine tuned understanding of those issues that face Arizona families. We happily endorse her practice."
"Reagen takes wonderful care of my referrals. My clients are instructed to "report back" on their experience meeting with a professional I've recommended. My clients really appreciate Reagan's advice and candor. I endorse this lawyer."
